感謝屋主夫婦家人熱情款待，早餐晚餐都是當地時令食材非常美味，也可順便體驗一下農家作業，希望在不同季節再訪

As luxurious as one can expect. Beautiful place in a secluded natural environment with lavish service and delicious food. The bath are very well prepared and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. It is a hard ask but it would be nice to have some western options at breakfast. But of course this is a Japanese traditional inn yet these options would feel even more luxurious. Some of the decoration feels a bit either dated, kitsch or not being harmonious, I think they need a redesign of the furnitures are it looks more like an assemblage than a harmonious selection of decoration and furnitures. It’s a little on the weird side even sometimes! But the bedding is exceptional. You will have a great sleep at this stay!

提前溝通確認抵達時間，派人在JR閘機口等候，情緒價值拉滿。直接送到房間（算是獨棟）辦理入住，介紹房間設施後會約定第二天送早餐時間和送車站時間，完全不同為接駁擔心。從酒店會車站車程5分鐘足夠。 房間內設施齊全，咖啡機，熱水壺，保險箱都有，插座和USB充電口在床兩側，使用起來方便。衞生間有2個，浴室花灑水壓大，還有個超大泡池。唯獨沐浴液氣味不適應（配方是大米，柚子等，聞上去臭臭的）。房間空調地暖運作良好，室外零下，室內20度以上。 早餐準時送達，都選用本地食材，簡單但美味。

Very nice experience. The cafe has a warm and cozy ambience. The room is unique too with nice lakeview. The meals are special too. It is better to order meals during this period as you cannot find food elsewhere easily. It’s strongly recommended to visit the Lake Tazawa. The water is so calm and clear and clean.

This ryokan is in the hills and takes a bus and hotel van pick up to get to. We like the personal attention & good service provided. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The local food provided was presented very beautifully, delicious & sufficient for us. The onsen in house was rustic, clean & within beautiful forest and next to the stream setting. Overall, an exceptional experience ! And don’t forget to visit the double waterfall opposite the ryokan. You can see it from the main road outside the hotel. It’s a gem !

The environment is very good. The hotel is right next to the lake. If you make a reservation, the merchant will pick you up at the JR station by car. The hot spring is also very comfortable and worth visiting.

酒店裝修雖然年代已久，但設備維護得宜，溫泉旅館應有的東西都有，且不是舊設備。 溫泉有室外和室內，但冬天時室外溫度不夠高，只有浸室內溫泉。溫泉有白色飄浮物，溫泉是硫磺味，跟蟹場溫泉一樣😂 酒店是家庭式經營，酒店經營者沒有因為酒店陳舊而怠慢服務，反而在不少細節感受到經營者盡力為客人提供最好的和最新的。曾去過日本不少溫泉旅館，設施雖不及新式溫泉旅館但跟經營悠久的溫泉旅館差不多，重點是感受到滿滿的人情味，十分感動，有機會我會再來。

Hotel right next to Tazawako lake! Amazing view and well equipped room! You have everything you need. Dinner and breakfast was very delicious. Staff is very helpful and kind! Hope to visiting again.
