You have to call the number at the reception for the staff to give you the keys to your room. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and tried to cater to my needs. The staff allowed me to check out 30 mins later as I told her that I had to come back from my sightseeing to take my luggage. The room and bathroom were very clean. A disinfected gown, sealed in a plastic was given. I wore it as my pyjamas at night. Highly recommend this place to solo travellers out there.

An excellent room, space, and cleanliness. Would highly recommend. Shower is private while a bathtub is not, may be suitable for some families.

안마의자는 불결해 보입니다. 차라리 없는 것이 좋겠네요. 2인 소파나 세라잼 같은 청결관리가 비교적 수월한 것ㅇ.로 교체가 좋겠네요

Really nice hotel. Free coffee machines and breakfast area. The Owl theme was cute. The view was meh, but we only needed this to be a comfortable place to visit Jinju, so it was perfect for that purpose.

Big VIP room which was good, the beds, single and queen, were so hard that I slept on the sofa whilst my partner kept sleeping on the bed. A minus point having to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. A plus point on the good whirlpool and shower. The towels are all the size of small hand towel and no big towels at all. You can get bottled water as much as you want and fresh towels too. There is also a space to park your car too.

I stayed one night for the Jinju lantern festival. The room is clean and spacious. Towels and bathrobes are provided. There was also filtered water available inside the room. Being a motel, check in is done from behind a screen for privacy and they provided free condoms together with check-in, which can seem weird but it didn't really bother me. There's a bus stop nearby, the location wasn't difficult to find either.

진주 숙소 찾다가 나름 깨끗해 보이는 곳으로 갔는데 제 선택이 맞앗어요! 사장님도 친절하시고 방도 넓고 좋았어요~ 한가지 아쉬운건 에어컨 소리가 너무 컷어여 ㅠ 제가 귀가 밝고 예민해서 소리때문에 잠을 잘 못잣내여 ㅠ

Sehr gut gelegen, nahe der Festung; das Hotel selbst ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und hat schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Ausstattung war trotzdem ok, es gab auch einen Föhn, Glätteisen, Kühlschrank für Getränke. Es gab eine Badewanne und eine Dusche, das Klo war getrennt davon. Der Gastgeber sprach kaum englisch, aber wir konnten uns mit Papago verständigen. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Um einchecken zu können, muss man ihn anrufen (die Telefonnummer steht auch beim Lift). Für den günstigen Preis war die Unterkunft sehr in Ordnung.

I really enjoyed my stay in hotel seven, great location, walkable distance from attractions and lots of meat around to eat! Super accommodating, they let me store my luggage before check in time which was nice! Also a late check out time is great!
