We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay (May 14–19, 2026) at the Marine Terrace Pool Villa. This 3-star property is perfectly located on a beautiful bay. We stayed in the Ocean 4 and Marine 4 villas; they were very spacious, featured 2 large beds, and had equipped kitchens.
A real highlight was the private pool in each villa, which we could heat to 36°C—the perfect way to relax after days spent hiking and visiting temples. The only downside was that the main swimming pool wasn’t open yet during our visit.
The 2 staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Communication via translation apps and gestures worked perfectly well—definitely better than our Korean! It was a pleasure to stay in such a setting; we were the only Western guests among several local Korean families.
We highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Yeosu!

Der Styler war sehr praktisch.
Sauberes Zimmer und ruhig.
Man kann den Kaffee und Ramen gegen Gebühr essen. Es gibt ein extra Raum. Ich habe es nicht genutzt.

PPengguna TetamuA great motel in a good location - 10 min walking to the Dolsan bridge, 15 min to Lotte mart, buses to Dolsan island and Yeosu Expo Station. Very friendly staff, they don't speak English, but are good with Google translate.
The room is standard, though a bed is narrow, be prepared. There is a fridge in the room. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room floor is heated at night time. At the 1st floor there is a kitchen with hot water, kettle, microwave. On the roof there are 2 laundry machines, the guests can use them for free. The last but not the least, managers called us a taxi at 5:00 AM, so kind for them! Thanks a lot!

HHoangDinh“Compact but enough”, which is what the hotel claims, I think it is true. The room is not spacious, but it is okay, clean, and equipped with most of the necessities. The location is a big highlight, as it is in the center and near many attractions. Another big highlight is the rooftop bar, which provides a clear view of the bay. This makes this hotel very attractive when considering a stay during a festival, as you may have a direct view of the fireworks in the bay.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel room is big and spacious, with one queen and one single bed. The appliances in the room are very new. It’s very much like a studio apartment but not allowed to cook. The location is perfect, short walk within the marina area, 2km to Changdu island and convention hall.
What I didn’t like was the lack of amenities. They only provide SMALL towels for guests but stating that it’s government regulations restricting on one time used items. It’s BS, if you can provide small towels, then you should provide big towels. They are not one time use items.
They also don’t provide instant coffee nor tea. We have to get it at CU or GS25 ourselves.

JJacob1607객실 벽지, 변기커버 등에서 오염된 부분이 발견되었고 연식이 느껴졌습니다. 4성급 호텔의 서비스라고 하기엔 다소 아쉬운 점이 있었고 수영장을 일부 운영안하는 등 호텔에 있는 부대시설을 100% 이용하지 못할 경우에 무료 얼리체크인/레이트 체크아웃 또는 무료조식제공이나 드링크쿠폰 또는 밀쿠폰 제공 등의 경우가 대체된다면 좋을것 같습니다.부대시설이 모두 운영되지 않는다면 엄밀히 따지면 4성급 호텔이라고 보기 어려울것 같습니다. 호텔 헬스장도 관리가 잘 되고 있다고 보기는 어려웠습니다. 가격대비 가성비로는 갈만한것 같고 여수엑스포역까지는 차량으로 15분 정도 걸립니다 아침에 객실에서 일출을 볼수 있습니다

PPengguna TetamuGood location and very clean amenities. On first impression, look old, but everything is so well equipped. Fridge is filled with canned drinks and bottled water. Microwave and water dispenser at every level. free satchets of instant maxim coffee for anyone to try. Good wifi. very spacious room. Although i did not get the standard bed that i booked due to overbooking, the owner was truly apologetic though he had limited English. He promised to change rooms but i realised sleeping on the floor with beddings felt nice too. He even allowed a late check out for me. superb service.

PPengguna Tetamu다른건다 이해하고 건물에비해 주차대수가 턱없이 부족한것까진 이해하겠는데 건물과 떨어진곳에주차 가능하다는 안내도 차량이동이 잦은4시에 이미 주차금지꼬깔을 세워두고 데스크직원하나 없이 직접 치워야하는데 꼬깔도부서져서 친히 모셔서옮겨야하는ㆍ넘 짜증남
몇년전 엄마랑함께했던곳이라다시찾은곳인데 대실망!!!

PPengguna TetamuThis was a nice place to stay with a wonderful view. Though you have to be aware it is not close to the main touristic attractions. Moreover, the building is quite old and you shouldn’t expect perfect cleanliness. Indeed, I would have appreciated the hot tub to be cleaned before we arrive, and there were some cobwebs on the mezzanine. With such a wonderful view, it’s too bad that the windows are not well cleaned either. Last negative point, the ”curtains” don't block out the light so you shouldn’t be too sensitive if you expect to sleep in the morning.
Regarding positive sides, beside the view and quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen is really convenient. You can also control the heating system which is very efficient to warm up the whole room. The electric heated blanket was very comfortable in winter as well!
I guess you get what you can expect for this price!
