Hotel Tangier dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement qui répondait parfaitement à nos attentes : proche de l’aéroport et des axes autoroutiers, tout en étant un peu éloigné du centre-ville, comme nous le souhaitions. Que dire du personnel ? Tout simplement exceptionnel ! Des agents de sécurité à l'accueil, en passant par les femmes de chambre, tous étaient d'une amabilité remarquable et toujours aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale pour le serveur Otmane, toujours souriant et attentif, ainsi que pour le chef Foued, qui nous a régalés avec des plats savoureux, alliant cuisine marocaine et internationale, même à des heures tardives. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter, que ce soit pour un séjour en famille ou pour affaires. La propreté irréprochable, la décoration soignée et la qualité du service rivalisent largement avec les standards des hôtels 4 étoiles en France, comme ceux du groupe Accor que nous connaissons bien. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe !”

Our first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond.   No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful.  Would stay there again without question.

Perfect location if you travel all around Morocco: right next to the train station (you can get to Rabat in 1:20 and to Casablanca in 2:10) and a square where you can take a taxi to Tetouan (1 hour ride). Beach is a 3-minute walk away. Old city is about 2,5 km away. Room was quite spacious and clean. Big bathroom. However, water regulators in both showers didn't work properly. Water always was too hot. They kind of fixed it on the second day. However, water still was very warm. Taking a cold shower wasn't possible. Nice sea view from the restraunt at the top floor. Breakfast was there too and it was way below expectations for 5-star hotel. A lot of baking but no salmon (which is common in 5-star hotels) and too few drinks, fruit and protein-rich meals. Sure, we could order an omelete with additions (like beef, cheese, tomatoes etc.), but some staff didn't speak English, so sometimes ordering was frustrating.

Very nice and welcoming service: front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen/restaurant, boys. We reached the hotel at 11.00 due to early flight- service made an exception and served us breakfast ”off record” after its serving time- big thank you! Even if check in was at 15.00 we could have entered the room at 13.00-nicely arranged. The hotel is clean and friendly with good access to the beach and marina. Highly recommended for a stay and breakfast.

The hotel is located close to the medina, so it's very handy for shopping, visiting the Kasbah, and museums. There are also many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. We initially had a problem with our room, however the next morning the manager resolved the issue for us. We didn't eat in the restaurant, however the breakfast had an excellent range of items. The only negative for me was the lumpy (foam?) pillows.

L'hôtel Tanjah Flandria est un très bel établissement avec une salle de petit-déjeuner ravissante et chaleureuse. Le petit-déjeuner lui-même était un régal chaque matin. Le personnel très professionnel et ce, à tous les postes clefs. Très bien situé, en plein centre ville et proche de tous les sites intéressants dont la mer, la médina, la librairie des Colonnes où j'ai effectué plusieurs achats sur les bons conseils du libraire parfaitement francophone... Le Tanjah Flandria est aussi en plein coeur de l'actualité avec la nombreuse clientèle d'un festival d'une part et les jeunes qui manifestaient pacifiquement en passant sous mon balcon. J'ai adoré mon séjour, très chaleureux et très vivant.

The location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold. Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel is very well located, just few steps from the Medina, and it has a lovely view of the port. The hotel is renovated and the room was ver spacious and comfortable with good amenities such as different tables to place the luggage, spacious closet and a little desk. The bathroom was a bit old, and some things were a bit broken, like the trash can and the shower handle. I found a stain in the bed sheets and in one of the towels. But over all it was pretty good. The food was really good and the breakfast had a lot of delicious options. The service and attention from the Hotel staff was great! Always with a smile, speaking various languages and very helpful I would definitely recommend the place and will come back for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit. The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities. Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely. Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.
