Hotel Mazatlan dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Excellent customer service. They provide us with useful information that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone was extremely kind and good at their job.

Me and my wife stayed here for the weekend. It was perfect, I'm so happy with the choice to stay here. The whole hotel was immaculate, very clean and the customer service was amazing. The salt water pool was great with beach access just footsteps away. I will definitely be going back!

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

pro - nice place, nice room, wonderful service, very helpful staff con - dreadful parking, got a deep scrape on fender we didn't notice til hours after leaving, tiny parking facility very hard to find, give keys to valet to shift vehicles around, probably safer to search out street parking; bathroom (508) window won't close, broken hinge; free buffet breakfast in small crowded area in main lobby, line was too long to enjoy it.

The location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.

Very basic, but appropriate and expected for the price. The extra, unexpected bonus was the thoughtfulness and kindness of the very young lady on Reception during day-times. She lifted the experience from ”ordinary” to ”special”.
