⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Great Stay with Excellent Service** I had a wonderful stay at STARZ Hotel Kluang. I loved the bedroom—it was comfortable and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped, including a hair dryer. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, my car tyre got punctured during our stay. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and quickly directed us to the nearest tyre shop, which was conveniently located just at the end of the block. Even after we had checked out, she kindly allowed us to remain in our room while waiting for the tyre shop to open. Communication was seamless through both phone calls and WhatsApp, making the whole experience stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great service, excellent communication, and caring staff. I truly appreciate their hospitality and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 😊🏨✨

Servis hotel bagus. Check in je, hotel dah bukakan aircond dulu. Sejuk kan bilik since cuaca panas. Ada bau rokok yg sgt kuat dalam bilik. Refer di receptionist terus cleaning service dtg buat kerja2 pembersihan and wangikan bilik.

A good budget hotel on the main road. The staff is helpful and nice, they helped me to park my bicycle next to the reception for safety. Ideal for short stay. Room is clean and amenities are sufficient. The main problem is Internet does not work.

Good rate, unexpected big room and spacious . Great location , easily accessible

Bedroom and toilet are clean, aircon is cool enough. No hair dryer in the room, need to request from reception. The receptionist is very helpful , try to search for available hair dryer and sent to room. A bit distance from the town area, but environment is quiet, if you prefer the hotel with quiet atmosphere, it suits! The bad is has no lift, need to climb staircase to 1st floor room, maybe not suit for family with old people.

It was a nice stay here, everything was in digital automatic operated, example, digital door lock, there are water dispenser. Just there is no elevator, not covenient for people who might having back injury, that not covenient to move heavy upstairs.

Bad to average experience. The good one  - check in actually passed 12 midnight due to traffic jam, however there do have ppl sit in counter 24/7 which make the process smooth - location is convenient  Point that Hopefully get improve  Get two rooms, and did request quiet / corner room sadly probably late check in, it wasn’t able to arrange and room beside the lift is terrible. Unable to rest well throughout the night due to the noise from the operation lift and the room soundproofing is terrible, next door chit chat also can heard clearly… Air conditioning issue, aircon was fixed to a mode that auto heating to cooling thus it interrupts the sleep due to unstable room temperature  Toilet wasn’t well clean… missed to took photo however, surrounding toilet bowl had waste stained that left the impression of unclean…

Old, simple, very basic, budget hotel. There is a coffee shop that is open in the morning, just 1 door away, along the main street. For dinner, you will have to walk slightly further away, towards the train station to get a large variety of stalls to choose from. This hotel does not have vehicle parking. You will have to park your car across the street in a paid parking area.

Tempat yang bagus untuk menginap, bilik kemas dan bersih. Dekat dengan bandar.
