Overall still not bad , only one thing I really hope water heater control knob and shower head was installed too high ! Hopefully it can be lower especially shorter kids during shower can’t even reach the control valve! Thank you 🙏

The environment was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured that everything was in perfect order. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this is one of the best rest houses we’ve stayed in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay!

Penginapan Hebat untuk Hotel 3 Bintang Ia sebenarnya buruk sama sekali untuk hotel 3 bintang! Lokasinya sangat strategik, menjadikannya mudah untuk dilalui. Saya menempah bilik deluxe, dan ia sangat luas, yang sesuai untuk empat keluarga. Kebersihannya adalah dan terdapat juga TV pintar! Hotel ini juga menyediakan utiliti yang berguna seperti seterika dan pengering rambut, yang sangat mudah. Secara keseluruhannya, ia adalah pilihan yang tepat untuk penginapan yang mesra bajet. Akan mengesyorkan!

Old hotel,nice room, bed room entry door a bit loose, first sighting receptionist no greeting until you greet them first and tell them why you were there. .

The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful. The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.

The Hotel is so nice especially the services. The receptionist suggest us the best place to visit and food to try. Besides that, the location of the hotel is strategic because it’s in the middle of the town. Nearby restaurants and there’s have mural behind the hotel to taking picture. Highly recommended!!!
