BBernard VoonThe resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel.
The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source.
The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable.
Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service.
Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.

FFrances521酒店距離大巴下車位置1公里，預訂之後給我發了2個郵件📧其中一個郵件是告知注意事項，反正有電話號碼，下車給酒店打電話來接我，沒3分鐘就騎個摩託來接我了。房間還可以，在尼泊爾鄉村這個價位就不要挑三揀四，熱水不錯，洗髮水毛巾香皂牙刷都有配，吹風機和熱水要和老闆要，服務很熱情，總體來説不錯。但是這個酒店距離主街有1公里，如果外面吃飯不是很方便，需要預訂的朋友要注意，另外便宜的房間是沒空調的，又另外收了我40人民幣變成了有空調的房間。

PPengguna TetamuWe had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

Our room was not clean, and the view from the back window was directly onto a pile of garbage, which was very unpleasant. Based on our experience, even a 3-star rating would feel generous.
The only positive aspect we can highlight is that the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, apart from that, we did not have a good overall experience.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is situated near to bharatpur airport. Hotel is new and maintenance / house keeping is great. Outside restaurant near to chowk are available, we tried one such moti mahal for pure veg. Management was helpful. Over all stay was great.
