Hotel Oamaru dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

民宿在Oamaru中心的小山上，可以俯瞰整個小鎮以及遠處的太平洋。可惜我們住宿那天是陰天，沒能看到日出。離企鵝中心開車10分鐘。屋裡做飯的設施特別齊全，一看就是為華人準備的，不僅有調味料，還有電飯煲，這是其他酒店旅館不曾有的。如果再準備一把大的湯勺，就100分了。

It is lovely home and well decorated. Clean and feel like home stay. Well equipped with kitchen amenities and washing machine and dryer. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Whole house having heater except the walk way to toilet and laundry room.

Good hostel. Reasonable price and well equipped facilities. I would stay here if I come Oamaru again. One bad thing. There is no front desk. So guests always have to be aware of PIN that lets you get inside (even their room). So I had to bring my mobile even when I went to the toilet. If I had forgotten my room PIN, I couldn't open the door of my room.

Nice place with central location of the Oamaru town, near Woolworth supermarket, some nice old-fashion places and beach. Nice to visit and grab photos. Hotel keeps original decoration you can feel warm with the fireplace and wooden furniture. But the room is clean with modern style.

Room is ok. There is a Thai restaurant nearby called Bangkok Recipe and the food there very good, we ordered thai milk tea, pad thai, duck noddle and pork satay. A quiet town with not much places to go but good for relaxing.

新西蘭的小鎮的酒店實在沒有辦法找到理想的。這個算新的。房間也可以。衞生也不錯。不過沿路的推門就進房間的。下次無論如何不會要了

Easy to check in and out. The room was a bit tired but it was clean and surprisingly quiet considering it’s location on the main road.

The receptionist which is owner is very racist as I have complained to her that kettle is not clean where someone used to cook and stain it.. I asked for replacement but she said “you Asian is the one who destroyed the kettle and we New Zealander will not do it”, come on.. it is the last guest and you should do something to make it clean.. at the end no replacement of kettle.. Take note that there is no stove in the room

After a long drive, we enjoyed our stay at the motel. The host was kind and friendly. Safe and secure parking on the premises, free wifi, the room was spacious, had comfy bed, pillows and clean bedsheets including a wee kitchenette with almost everything in it, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle, bar fridge, a stove, utensils to cook, toaster. You also have a heater in the room. You can certainly enjoy a hot shower. Hair dryer, soap and shampoo were provided. The only negative thing is you can hear the voice of the guests in the other room and each time they open the tap you can hear the waterflow.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The food in the restaurant was excellent, however the hosts let their business down by not asking us if we wanted drinks. Hospitality runs on drink profits right? The hotel was basically clean but a lot of dusting needs doing. The kitchen or whatever on the first floor needs sorting out somehow - it is a jumble and there in no information about guests use of it. The toilets upstairs ran out of toilet paper and I had to go downstairs to get a new roll. The bed was very comfortable. I just think more could be done to make the Hotel more profitable for the hosts.
