One of the best hotel ive been to. 5/5 to me.. Very good service and good food and breakfast is superb. i love their champorado. definitely one of my best trip in Cebu. Worrh travelling even its quote far from the airport. The room are so clean and spacious. We love their executive lounge. I will surely recommend it to my family and friends.

Found main resturant staff and reception very helpful and happy in their work. Skybar staff need a good shake up. Please be aware of dress codes for hotel. Not that it affected me but it may some on holiday. Pool dress code. Sykbar dress code. Resturant dress code. Pool and rooms very clean. A big thank you to Bryan for arranging our trip to Oslob.

Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. We were also served welcome fruit just after we finished lunch in our room. What a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch! The breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. The gym was super spacious and well-equipped, with a dedicated studio space and a strength-training area. The seaview from the gym was a huge plus as well. The location of the hotel was superb. There is a mall directly connected to the hotel, while SM Seaside is only 1.2 km away. When we were at the TOPS Lookout, we could even spot the hotel from afar! It was also a short drive to the pier. My only complaint was that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some dirt on the bedsheet, although nothing major. When I tried to use the bathtub, the water came out looking yellowish, which was a little concerning. The breakfast area could also get quite crowded during peak hours and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Stayed at Zerenity Hotel Cebu and had a really pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to explore Cebu City or go around IT Park and nearby areas. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable for resting after a long day. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff—they were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel provides basic amenities that are useful for travelers, and the overall atmosphere felt quiet and relaxing. For the price, it’s a good value and a practical choice for both short stays and business or leisure trips in Cebu. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I love the water dispenser idea to reduce plastic use. Can take hot, normal and cold water from the machine near my room 605. I felt so familiar when I decided to book a night here. When I went into the room I opened my email to see that I stayed once on 21 March 2019. Room is very large and comfortable although not new. The charming of the hotel and staff are still the same. Breakfast is set and simple. Restaurant is closed at 21:30pm so we had to walk outside to have dinner. Easy to find places to eat around the hotel. Near 2 Robinson malls at the roundabout and near a convenience store. Deposit 1,000 Peso. 7th floor has very high walls around so views are blocked. If they renovate, hope that they would make glass fences instead.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tsai Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Once I checked out, they left me hanging on the couch, they don't bother to inform me if I am clear and can check out of the place. If I did not get up and come to front desk to check if was clear, I had no info that I am already clear.

This is my first time booking this hotel and I thought I will never have a chance to stay here. Before my wedding, I booked this hotel since it’s near the church location. We enjoyed the stay. It’s just that we did not get to enjoy the TV because YouTube or other apps won’t work. All throughout the stay we weren’t able to use the TV. Also I called the lobby 5x to ask for a replacement for the 2 mugs for coffee before someone actually gets there to replace it AT THE MORNING. Haven’t also had the time to enjoy pool because we check in late. But their service is good. The hotel is nice. I will surely book again if their TV is already fixed lol. Also two key cards for room and elevator is really hassle on our part. It should’ve been 1 key card, all access, 2pcs since we’re 2 adults. I really appreciate the hotel staff for catering my entourage, we were able to prepare before my wedding and took some pictures at the lobby and pool. Thank you!

During our stay in Richmond me and my wife is quite satisfied cleanliness is good , the services is okay but the only missing that Me and wife commented that there is no available slippers in the room ,the hotels also no menu in ordering food anyway you can call the front desk in ordering food but is good if we can see the menos . Overall the staff and personel are quite accommodating
