Hotel Negros Occidental dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This was my second time staying at Takatuka Beach Resort and once again, it did not disappoint! This time we celebrated my partner’s birthday and his daughter’s as well and both of them were absolutely amazed by the place. I booked The Cave room for our stay and wow it was beyond impressive! So creative, cozy, and fun truly one of-a-kind. A special thanks to the incredible staff who helped me pull off a birthday surprise for my partner. They were so easy to talk to and very accommodating, especially with the cake design I requested. Everything turned out perfectly! Also, the food was excellent delicious and satisfying every single time. We enjoyed every meal. Takatuka has once again given us a memorable and happy experience. We’ll definitely be back again!

I arrived early at the hotel and had asked for early check-in, but I was told that it would cost a full day charge. I was then told that reception would contact me at the earliest time that I can already check-in, but they never contacted me. The room was OK, but some items are poorly maintained (i.e., the single seater couch was filthy and stained, the tile grouting a bit moldy, the corridor carpet are stuffy). There’s no laundry bag (probably no laundry services). The location is near SM, but a bit far from the iconic spots and restaurants. Try hotels near Lacson St. instead.

Cleanliness probably the best so far... place safe and nearby to robinson.mall employess very professional ill recommend this hotel. west town hotel price very cheap and affordable...

I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated. The Positives The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided. The Issue: ”Unequal and Unfair” Room Sizes We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the ”size lottery” but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience. If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts.

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

As a family, we’ve visited this place four times now. Our first visit was about 10 years ago, then again three years later, a third time in 2020, and now recently. To be honest, I’m really disappointed with how the place looks now. Everywhere you look, there is trash on the ground. The landscaping, something I loved most during our first visit, is no longer maintained. Some areas even smell like urine, which is really disheartening. Booking a room has also become difficult. Their Facebook page and website are not responsive, and their phone numbers can’t be reached. When I asked the front desk, I was told that no one is assigned to handle calls. So book your rooms here in trip.com The staff also seem overworked and no longer as welcoming. The bathrooms are poorly maintained, and several areas need attention. The dinosaur park is damaged, and the playground, once a happy place for kids is now broken and has an unpleasant smell. While I appreciate that new attractions like the chasing slides have been added, it’s disappointing that the original features are no longer well maintained. It’s really sad to see how much the place has declined over the years.

The room is large enough for us , I chose double bed yet the front desk officer gave us good for 3 person room .It was twice that the power automatically off and later on after few minutes it will turn on.

I had a great stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive. However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.

We stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.
