Stayed at Henann Premier Coast Resort Panglao and honestly we loved it. Super friendly staff who always greet you with a smile and make you feel so welcomed. The whole place feels new, clean, and well taken care of. The pools (especially the rooftop one 😍) are a highlight, and having direct access to the beach is just perfect. Great spot to relax, chill, and catch sunset views. Would definitely come back ✨

We had the best time in Azul. The hotel is very cozy and clean. Delicious breakfast and coffee. The owners and staff were all so thoughtful and kind. Our stay was just delightful, they assisted us in everything, from looking for transpos, to finding the best places to see and dine at. We highly recommend staying in Azul! Top notch! Second time in Amorita and my husband and I had such a great time. All the staff are always so thoughtful, approachable and goes above and beyond. We loved the activities (archery, kayak, cocktail hour) and the location is also very good. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Definitely one of the better hotel/resorts that I've encountered during my travels in the Philippines. The hotel itself is located in a beautifully secluded lot that's surrounded by vegetation & conveniently placed a stones throw away from the main commercial centre which hosts a supermarket & even a DIY shop. The rooms are very comfortable, clean & all come with a balcony & modern AC as standard. But the best part is the large pool which lights up at night & is by the restaurant which serves good coffee, pizza & an excellent Thai curry. If you have transport then i would highly recommend staying here.

The staff are very accomodating. The free breakfast make us feel full during the morning activities. The location is near the community center that makes it easy for us to roam around the area. We had a great time during our stay especially the kids.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. My flight landed very early in the morning, and I reached the hotel around 7 AM. I had requested early check-in in advance and was fully prepared to pay for an extra night since I arrived so early. But the lovely receptionist told me it was completely fine and that I didn’t need to pay anything. She even offered me breakfast and surprised me with ice cream! The warm welcome really made my day. The hotel itself is charming. While I would clean a few areas a bit more deeply, the overall cleanliness is good—especially for the Philippines. Breakfast was simple but definitely enough to start the day. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Alona Beach, which was very convenient. Check-out is at 12 PM, which was perfect. I spent the morning relaxing by the pool, and when I was ready to leave, the receptionist arranged a ride to the airport free of charge. Thank you for the amazing service! I truly appreciated every moment of my stay. Highly recommended! 🌟

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Begonia for 6 nights and 5 days. The room was simply elegant, comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating making us feel right at home. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from Asian and Filipino foods. The service at this hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Even before check-in, the staff were already responsive and helpful. Throughout my stay and even after, their level of service remained consistently impressive. I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. They even offered a complimentary breakfast as a gesture, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provides a range of convenient services such as arranging tuktuk transport and printing, which made my stay much easier. I also noticed thoughtful details in the room; slippers were provided, there were plenty of hangers and clean water was prepared for rinsing since the tap water is slightly salty due to its proximity to the sea. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐️👍🏻🤩

There is very little food for breakfast, you ask for supplies as if they give with greed, but they give! there is no shower in the room, the shower seems to be there, but he is not a worker, it seems like he is not a worker, it is possible to pour out of a bucket for such an amount of money, and everything else is fine, the beach is great, the pool is great, deep, it works until 9 pm! it is possible that there were holidays, the prices were a little too high for the rooms, well, this is purely my opinion, so everything is good in general! only the problem with breakfasts, it seems to me that they are repeated, well, and so it is. shower, girls want a hair dryer in the room! by the way, I remembered, there is no shower gel, a terrible wash!

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
