So happy to have chosen this place as our accommodation. My husband and I loved the overall vibe of the place - it's clean, smells amazing, has complete amenities. The location is great too. Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. My flight landed very early in the morning, and I reached the hotel around 7 AM. I had requested early check-in in advance and was fully prepared to pay for an extra night since I arrived so early. But the lovely receptionist told me it was completely fine and that I didn’t need to pay anything. She even offered me breakfast and surprised me with ice cream! The warm welcome really made my day. The hotel itself is charming. While I would clean a few areas a bit more deeply, the overall cleanliness is good—especially for the Philippines. Breakfast was simple but definitely enough to start the day. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Alona Beach, which was very convenient. Check-out is at 12 PM, which was perfect. I spent the morning relaxing by the pool, and when I was ready to leave, the receptionist arranged a ride to the airport free of charge. Thank you for the amazing service! I truly appreciated every moment of my stay. Highly recommended! 🌟

I had a great stay in the single room at Only Seed Resort. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. All the facilities worked perfectly, and it was clear that the property is well taken care of. The staff were one of the highlights of my visit. They were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also really enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool, which was clean and inviting. I only stayed for one night, and definitely wished I could have stayed longer. I would gladly return and recommend Only Seed Resort to anyone visiting Bohol!

The room was okay, it was very affordable. The bed was very comfortable and great sleeps. The location is fine, nothing around but it was close to the Bellevue where I had a few wedding events so it was very convenient for me. It’s not far from the main area (not walking distance) and there are tuk tuks which you can take to get there. Staff were very helpful, though there was a lot and sometimes I felt like everyone was staring at me when I was talking with one staff member. Laundry service was super quick and cheap. The room needs some work, the bathroom was very mouldy and damp. The swimming pool area needs some chairs or something to make it more inviting But for the price it was great

A peaceful retreat! We will definitely be back! If you are looking for a true escape to unwind and recharge, this resort is absolute perfection. The location is ideal because it is tucked away from the crowded resort areas, offering a uniquely quiet and serene atmosphere. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, I enjoyed some of the best quality sleep and rest I have had in a long time. A huge bonus is its close proximity to South Farm, where we enjoyed incredibly delicious food. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We truly loved our time here and will definitely be back!

まず、サービスは完璧です。彼らはとても親切にしてくれました。朝早くから港に行かなければならなかったがトゥクトゥクを手配してくれました。それは私にとってとてもありがたかった。 場所も、アロナビーチから近くバイクタクシーを拾うと大体50ペソで行けます。 歩いても行けますが夜は少しくらいので、バイクタクシーをお勧めします。ホテルの近くにはとてもオシャレなカフェレストランがあるのでぜひ利用してみてください。 部屋の中はアリが結構いましたが、私は気になりませんでした。気になる人は他を利用してください。 シャワーは少し水圧が弱いですでも、お湯が出ます！

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, the place was clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere was perfect for a getaway. The food was delicious and the pool was amazing. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back

Pros: -Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard -clean room -Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food -friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager Cons: -Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos. -There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool. -I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣 -No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management -tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY -we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website -corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside **AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
