It was an amazing experience while staying in Amihan Resort. As a Filipino, I am proud because I witnessed Bohol is one of the most tourist spot in the world. While staying in the resort, we noticed that we were the only Filipinos checked-in for 2 days. It was an evidence how famous the Bohol is. Our children were really enjoyed in the pool, not one but two pools because we can accessed to the Bathala Resort as well. Regarding the room, it was very comfortable and we felt the luxury of just cost-saving hotel. Overall, a prefect hotel for our family vacation in Bohol. Thank you Amihan Resort.

We arrived at the hotel around 19:30, and the staff were accommodating upon check-in. The room was surprisingly spacious, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the downside of our stay was the food. For example, we ordered beef kare kare, but the meat was not tender and had more fat than actual meat. The truffle pasta, served with garlic bread, was gummy and chewy. It seemed like it had been reheated in the microwave, since bread usually takes on that texture when microwaved. The same issue applied to the salad, which also came with garlic bread that was chewy instead of crispy. Their crispy pork laing was disappointing as well. The taro leaves were minced too finely, which made the texture mushy rather than tender and layered, as laing should be. The pan-fried fish was dry, leaving us unsure whether it had been reheated or simply overcooked. Since the price is on the higher side, we expected better quality and consistency in the food. Unfortunately, the dishes did not meet that standard, which made the dining experience less satisfying despite the spacious room and accommodating staff. Overall, while the room and staff were commendable, the food quality needs significant improvement. A little more attention to preparation and freshness would make the dining experience match the comfort of the accommodations.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. My flight landed very early in the morning, and I reached the hotel around 7 AM. I had requested early check-in in advance and was fully prepared to pay for an extra night since I arrived so early. But the lovely receptionist told me it was completely fine and that I didn’t need to pay anything. She even offered me breakfast and surprised me with ice cream! The warm welcome really made my day. The hotel itself is charming. While I would clean a few areas a bit more deeply, the overall cleanliness is good—especially for the Philippines. Breakfast was simple but definitely enough to start the day. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Alona Beach, which was very convenient. Check-out is at 12 PM, which was perfect. I spent the morning relaxing by the pool, and when I was ready to leave, the receptionist arranged a ride to the airport free of charge. Thank you for the amazing service! I truly appreciated every moment of my stay. Highly recommended! 🌟

I had a great stay in the single room at Only Seed Resort. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. All the facilities worked perfectly, and it was clear that the property is well taken care of. The staff were one of the highlights of my visit. They were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also really enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool, which was clean and inviting. I only stayed for one night, and definitely wished I could have stayed longer. I would gladly return and recommend Only Seed Resort to anyone visiting Bohol!

The room was okay, it was very affordable. The bed was very comfortable and great sleeps. The location is fine, nothing around but it was close to the Bellevue where I had a few wedding events so it was very convenient for me. It’s not far from the main area (not walking distance) and there are tuk tuks which you can take to get there. Staff were very helpful, though there was a lot and sometimes I felt like everyone was staring at me when I was talking with one staff member. Laundry service was super quick and cheap. The room needs some work, the bathroom was very mouldy and damp. The swimming pool area needs some chairs or something to make it more inviting But for the price it was great

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.

I had such a great experience at Coastal View Hotel! The stay was relaxing, comfortable, and everything I could ask for during my trip to Bohol. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a lovely view, and the location was super convenient. But what truly made my stay special were the amazing staff — Gerald and Junjun were absolutely the best! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always greeting us with genuine warmth and a smile. They were kind, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They are truly the heart of the hotel. If you’re looking for a place with not just great facilities but also outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Coastal View Hotel. I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my recent stay. Firstly, I found the bed to be quite firm, to the point that it affected my comfort. Rather than feeling well-rested, I experienced some back discomfort. A more balanced or supportive mattress would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, it appeared that the hotel may be understaffed. When I required assistance with my luggage, there were no staff members readily available, despite the absence of an elevator and the presence of only stairs. I do, however, appreciate the effort of the room service staff member who kindly assisted me. Increasing staff availability, particularly for guest assistance, would be highly beneficial. Regarding breakfast, while the offering was satisfactory, the selection seemed limited and some items were not replenished promptly. More consistent refilling of food items would improve the dining experience for guests. I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to further improving the quality of service and guest comfort.

A peaceful retreat! We will definitely be back! If you are looking for a true escape to unwind and recharge, this resort is absolute perfection. The location is ideal because it is tucked away from the crowded resort areas, offering a uniquely quiet and serene atmosphere. Thanks to the peaceful surroundings, I enjoyed some of the best quality sleep and rest I have had in a long time. A huge bonus is its close proximity to South Farm, where we enjoyed incredibly delicious food. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We truly loved our time here and will definitely be back!
