Great hotel and an amazing room. It was Specious and has everything you need. The kitchen has full equipment to use. And also there’s a Washing machine.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Al Khobar! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the modern amenities. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location is perfect — close to shopping areas and the Corniche. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mari kita bincangkan tentang kualiti produk dahulu: produk secara amnya bagus dan pembungkusannya ketat. Mari bercakap tentang perkhidmatan pedagang: thumbs up. Ulasan terakhir mengenai penghantaran ekspres: penghantaran sangat pantas. Perkara lain ialah berterima kasih kepada kedai untuk diskaun dan kupon Lagipun, produk yang murah dan bagus adalah lebih nyata. Kemudahan: Agak baru, ini adalah pilihan yang baik untuk hotel lama berdekatan. Khususnya, lobi sangat ber***a dan mempunyai tempat untuk mesyuarat, pertukaran, hiburan dan riadah. Kemudahan gim sudah lengkap Kebersihan: Kebersihan dan bersih, tetapi permaidani di dalam bilik mempunyai sedikit bau kerana sekatan jenis bilik. Persekitaran: Kebanyakan tingkap di dalam bilik agak kecil, dan pemandangan dari tingkat tinggi adalah ok. Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatan ini OK secara tempatan

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
