Hotel Al Khobar dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I definetely recommend this hotel. We have a pleasant stauly. The room is clean as well as the amenities. Tue reception staff are vwry welcoming. Al.Rashed mall is just across the road and its walkable..

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

Friendly staff, very clean, very good sound proof and very good AC. The disadvantages - very poor WiFi signal. Also very weak phone service because of the isolation. - no smart TV

We loved our stay at staybridge khobar. The room is spacious with a fully occupied kitchen & huge washroom. Their service is extremely praiseworthy, whatever we asked for fulfilled immediately. They have complimentary 24hr coffee service, which I haven’t seen in any other hotel. Their breakfast items are good & tasty but they don’t have a separate restaurant area which somehow disappoint me as we imagined its Staybridge, so there must be a huge dining hall

Our stay at Mora Hotel was truly enjoyable. The welcoming spirit of the staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very relaxing. We also appreciated the Arabic breakfast they served each morning. One of the best parts of the stay was the beautiful sea view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We were also happy to get a good offer through trip.com�, making the experience even more worthwhile.

Kemudahan: Agak baru, ini adalah pilihan yang baik untuk hotel lama berdekatan. Khususnya, lobi sangat ber***a dan mempunyai tempat untuk mesyuarat, pertukaran, hiburan dan riadah. Kemudahan gim sudah lengkap Kebersihan: Kebersihan dan bersih, tetapi permaidani di dalam bilik mempunyai sedikit bau kerana sekatan jenis bilik. Persekitaran: Kebanyakan tingkap di dalam bilik agak kecil, dan pemandangan dari tingkat tinggi adalah ok. Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatan ini OK secara tempatan

Check-in time was 2 PM, but upon arrival, the hotel asked me to sign a paper stating that check-in was at 3 PM. In addition, the building was dilapidated, with only one working elevator. I also encountered a problem with the lack of hot water and water leaks from the bathroom ceiling. I didn't complete my stay and left after 9 hours, then checked into another hotel.

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

آخر إقامة في الفندق كانت تجربتي سيئة جداً و يبدو أن هناك من استخدم المناشف و دورة المياه كانت مبللة و لا يوجد تصريف جيد في الشاور.
