FFredoxA truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey).
A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks.
Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is truly delightful. The staff is very welcoming, sharing a story and offering a brief tour before check-in. The ambiance is magical, largely due to the reliance on candlelight rather than extensive electricity. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. My only minor reservation was the pervasive presence of the SAB bank logo. While subtle, once noticed, it became apparent in nearly every design element throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly rate this experience a perfect 10/10, particularly for those who appreciate its unique charm and atmosphere.

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed our stay in our tent. Spacious room and bathroom. I’m room dining was good. Reception service was great. Couple of staff were very friendly and bubbly which was lovely when you’re in a foreign country. Both of the staff made us feel welcome. Only thing is the room does not have a television. I think it would be nice for people to wind down at night

PPengguna Tanpa NamaGreat hotel! Probably the most beautiful hotel in alula. Excellent service and we got super good deal from here so i would recommend you guys to check it out.
Nothing to complain except our villa was very crowded with pigeons (i think because it was nearby the mountain) so our outdoor area were full with lots of pigeons' poops and also in the swimming pool :( and another thing was we asked for bikes multiple times, if im not wrong, like 5 times, staff said will check it for you and we never get feedbacks but it happened with us in other hotel as well so it's fine.
Still! Great experience great time. Definitely come back :)

TTravel@SantaOnce at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family.
Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well.
Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future.
Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably.
More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better.

The service is outstanding — every staff member is genuinely kind, ready to help with any request, and solves any issue promptly. We were truly impressed; we’ve honestly never experienced anything like this before. We stayed at the Celestial Villa and it was fantastic — spacious, spotless and beautifully designed. We highly recommend it!
The food at TAMA Restaurant was outstanding as well — we especially loved the breakfasts, which were simply exceptional.
We also spent time at the Caravans area — it’s stunning, cozy and with the same top-level service.
I was here with my mom, and she said she would come back again and again — and I couldn’t agree more! ❤️

PPengguna TetamuThe location is really dramatic, set within huge stones. It is not too far from the Winter Park or the old town. That said, you do need a car to get around in Al Ula.
The room is spacious, clean, well designed and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic, with lovely views.
Budget rental cars has an office on the premises. In peak season, the hop on hop off bus stops here too.
The onsite restaurant serves nice breakfast and has a buffet dinner at night as well as a la carte. Since it is a resort, the charges tend to be on the pricey side.
I had a very relaxing time there and would highly recommend it.
