Very helpful owner / staff, the place is stunning cozy in the middle of small cute Ching Kan town. My room is everything perfect. Really like it, nice view from my balcony, the bed us comfy for good sleep, they provide you everything in room. The vibe of hotel is so relaxed. Wonderful trip 🤩😍 i would definitely comeback here

ครั้งเเรกที่ไปถึง พนักงานดูมีปัญหากับเรื่องการจอดรถเเค่เอากระเป๋าลงที่หน้าโรงเเรมเเค่เเปบเดียว เหมือนจัดการไม่ได้ค่ะ เลยต้องขออนุญาตที่พักอีกฝั่งจอดค่ะ เราไปกับลูก อายุ 2 ขอบครึ่ง พนักงานบอกเรื่องอย่าส่งเสียงดัง เราก็รับรู้เเละเข้าใจเรื่องกฎระเบียบเรียบร้อยค่ะ เเต่หลังจากนั้นก็บอกตลอดจนเรารู้สึกอึดอัดมาก ทั้งๆที่เด็กยังไม่ได้ส่งเสียงดังเลยค่ะ เเต่ผู้ใหญ่ห้องอื่นกลับส่งเสียงดังรบกวนทั้งคืน มีเสียงเดินดังของไม้จนนอนไม่หลับ ที่พักไม่เก็บเสียงเลย 📍ปล.เราเเจ้งเเล้วว่ามีเด็กเข้าพัก ถ้าจะกดดันเรื่องเสียงขนาดนี้ทั้งๆที่ลูกเรายังไม่ได้ส่งเสียงรบกวน ก็ควรเขียนบอกเลยค่ะที่นี้ไม่รับเด็กเข้าที่พัก

คลิปที่ไปนะครับ ไปเที่ยวแล้วก็ไปงานวิ่งไปเลยไหมจัดที่เชียงคาน จองที่พักเป็นguest house บริเวณติดกับแก่งคุดคู้ห่างจากแก่งคุดคู้เต็มเข้าไปประมาณไม่ถึง 50 เมตรแก่งคุดคู้ที่สวยงามมาก ที่พักมีบริเวณที่จอดรถได้แบบสะดวกมาก สามารถจอดได้หลายคัน ที่พักเป็นบ้าน 2 ชั้นสามารถเดินขึ้นไปบนดาดฟ้าชั้นบนสุดมองเห็นวิวภูเขาแม่น้ำโขงและมองเห็นแก่งคุดคู้บรรยากาศดีมาก สำหรับห้องพักที่ชอบภาพนั้นอยู่ที่ชั้นที่ 2 เจ้าของใจดีมากจัดให้ 2 เตียง และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีตู้เย็นทีวีมีแอร์ ห้องน้ำก็อยู่ในสภาพใช้การได้ดีมีความสะอาด อยากเชิญชวนเพื่อนๆนะครับไปเที่ยวเชียงคานไปเที่ยวแก่งคุดคู้แล้วก็เข้าพักที่พักนี้ได้ด้วย เจ้าของแต่ดีมากครับเข้าไปทีแรกก็ยิ้มทักทายเป็นกันเองมากครับ แต่ช่วงที่ไปนะครับทริปๆไปเจ้าของกำลังปรับปรุงบางส่วนของที่พักเพื่อให้ดีขึ้นนะครับเพื่อนๆที่ไปหลังจากที่ผมไปแล้วน่าจะได้พบเห็นความแปลกใหม่ของที่พักแห่งนี้นะครับ ราคาห้องพักไม่แพงครับเหมาะสม สวนอาหารน่าจะสามารถสั่งได้นะครับมีอาหารบริการแต่ในวันที่ไปนะครับไม่ได้ทานอาหารที่ที่พักเลยครับ ขอให้มีความสุขกับการเที่ยวการเดินทางนะครับ

This is a pleasant place to stay overall, but considering the price it charges, they really need to upgrade their service and amenities. The property itself is nice in terms of location and vibe, but it's not very well-maintained that you wouldn't expect at this price point. It also lacks basic 4-star amenities; for instance, there's no regular restaurant service where you can just walk in and order a meal for lunch or dinner, the food is tasty, no doubt, but you have to plan your meals in advance rather than enjoying the convenience of an on-demand dining experience. Round-the-clock service is simply not available since the staff clocks off by around 9:30 or 10:00 PM, making it function more like an Airbnb than a proper hotel. Another major issue is the telecom network—there is literally no phone reception in the area, and you might end up picking up a Laos network instead, which is quite frustrating; thankfully, the property has good WiFi, so you can easily stay connected to the world through that. That said, the staff themselves are wonderful, very polite, pleasant, and genuinely helpful with most things, which does make the stay more comfortable. That really covered for everything during my stay. However, there's also no proper power backup in case of outages, which is concerning for a property at this rate. So yes, it's a decent place if you go in with the right expectations and don't mind limited service hours and network issues.

Great little getaway. Just got and married and my wife and I went for our honeymoon. They rooms were great for a couple or even just two close friends. Clean and neat. Appreciated the soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Not too far from walking street. You’ll either need your own transportation or will have call a GRAB though to go anywhere

The place is located in the center, which is easy to walk around and enjoy a single moment in the city. A hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. However, it would be very helpful if you can provide instruction on the parking area, which would be save time and easy for guest to find the parking. All others service are perfect.

ที่พักดีเงียบสงบมากมาเชียงคานช่วงหน้าฝน เดินทางไกลแวะทำงาน บรรยากาศชิวจริงๆ ห้องพักรอบนี้สะอาด น้องพนักงานดูแลดี อัธยาศัยดี อาหารเช้าที่นี่บริการแบบ a la carte เพราะช่วง Low season หรือหน้าฝน ลูกค้าค่อนข้างน้อย แต่บอกเลยชอบบรรยากาศที่นี่ สะดวกไม่ไกลถนนคนเดินห้องพักเยอะที่จอดรถกว้างไว้จะแวะมาอีกนะคะ

มีแม่บ้านต้อนรับ ให้เลือกห้อง แนะนำดี แต่เราเลือกห้องจองรูปแบบของห้องไปแล้ว เตียงคิงไซด์ 2 เตียง เค้าคิดว่ามีเด็กไปด้วย จะให้เราเลือกเตียงเดี่ยว 1 และคิงไซด์อีก 1 ชั้น 2 บอกว่าห้องเตียงคิงไซด์ ไม่มีรีโมทแอร์? ต้องปีนปิดคัทเอาท์เอา ห้องอื่นอยู่ชั้น 3 ไม่แนะนำ? แต่แม่บ้านก็พูดบอกหมดเลยว่าเค้าเหนื่อย พึ่งทำความสะอาดเสร็จ แต่เราก็เลือกห้องในแบบที่จองไป ประตูห้องน้ำปิดได้ไม่สนิท ถ้าฝืนดันจะเปิดยากมากกลัวทำของทางที่พักพังเพิ่มเติมสุด ๆ ในห้องน้ำไม่มีที่ให้แขวนผ้าเช็ดตัว ไม่มีที่วางอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำ แต่น้ำไหลแรงดี

We were disappointed with our stay. We decided to treat ourselves and book a deluxe river view room. On arrival we discovered that the parking was a few streets away - a bit inconvenient and not as advertised. The room did indeed have a river view but the room was tiny. I am 5’7” and my partner is 6’3” and neither of us could enter the room without ducking down under the low doorframe. The ceiling in the room was very low and we both had to duck into the bathroom. I feel the ceiling height should be mentioned in the room listing as it really is very low and all but the shortest of guests would struggle. Luckily they had an upstairs room available, with a partial river view, which we changed to, at an added cost. The lady informed us that breakfast would be served in the restaurant across the road. She gave us a voucher for breakfast. When we woke up and went for breakfast the restaurant was closed and there was no one on reception to ask for help. We needed to check out and get our key deposit back but couldn’t find anyone to help us. After a few attempts of calling the hotel phone number I got an answer and a lady appeared a few minutes later. She took us to a restaurant a way down the street where we were able to get some food - this took ages to come and as we were already late in leaving due to no one being available to check us out we had to leave before all the food arrived. All in all we were really disappointed and felt that the price of the accommodation was not reflected in the standard of the room or the service we received.
