The hotel is really great - very nice grounds with a pool, cafe and a small animal farm. Everything looks very nice, like I was living in a dollhouse 🥰 The rooms are simple and comfortable, I was very comfortable. The owner and hotel staff are very friendly: when I arrived late, they took me to a nearby cafe and then came back for me. Breakfast was included in the price; I chose the English breakfast - it was quite good. There is a beautiful park nearby, lots of coffee shops and restaurants. My only regret is that I didn't spend much time there. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back again 🫶🏻

Room is spacious and quiet and clean. Nice view outside window. Hotel provides two bottles of water each day. The location is the best part about this hotel. It’s located inside a gas station and shopping area. Just outside is a convenience shop for necessities. Next to it is a KFC. Hotel downstairs is a coffee shop with beautiful waterfall landscape. There are few restaurants options in the complex including chicken rice, noodles, pig feet rice, desserts. Along the road there’s lotus, Mr DIY, Japanese save mart, massage, restaurants within walking distance. 6 mins walk to little soul kids planet where kids can spend all day there.

Incredibly beautiful and brutalist hotel up in the Chiang Mai mountains. We stayed here for a few nights and will be returning to this hotel whenever we’re in Chiang Mai. You’re surrounded by nature, it’s extremely quiet and private, and the architecture of the hotel is very inspiring. We’d sleep in the evening without A/C with the balcony door open with the mosquito net and it would be so cool. Main pool also has an incredible view of the Loha Prasat pagoda. Two things to improve: 1) Room interior - wall behind the bed and bed headboard. I know this is very specific, but hear me out - the whole hotel interior and exterior is fantastic - brutalist style, with nature elements, wooden touches. However the wall behind the bed, with small round mirrors looks out of style and kind of tasteless. Same for the white headboard. Room would have felt even more premium with these adjustments. Perhaps a dark textured stone or a concrete panel wall and dark wood or dark cloth bed headboard. Would have been so much more minimalistic and brutalist, consistent with the style of the whole hotel. 2) Free water or a water cooler by the (main) pool. I think the water was 30 baht per bottle, which is cheap, but for a hotel like this water should be just free at the pool. Just a self service water cooler would have been great. Charging for water at the pool felt ”cheap” at an otherwise luxurious hotel. Other than that, everything else was amazing! Staff was all friendly. Would stay here again.

A fantastic lodge hotel, set in peaceful tranquil surroundings on the hillside off the main road of the Mae Rim-Sameong Loop. The staff were fantastic and helpful, helping to organise transport and a daytrip van with driver, as well as ordering dinner from local restaurants. We used the 3 bed villa and it was perfect for our family, although a TV upgrade so we can use the smart services(Netflix) would be perfect for relaxing in the evening especially with kids, and a microwave to heat the take away meals ordered. The grounds and gardens are delightful, as are the big glass windows in the bedrooms which look out onto the gardens. The breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked and delicious, made to order at a chosen time, so a lie in doesn't affect getting a decent breakfast like it does in buffet hotels. The one thing that would make this hotel perfect and probably 5 star, would be a lovely swimming pool.

I don’t usually write reviews when I travel, but last week I booked this hotel for my mother and her friends. There was a small issue upon arrival; however, the hotel handled it very well by upgrading the room. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness. The bed linens and pillowcases smelled fresh and clean, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries, which were outstanding. I would like to sincerely thank Trip.com and the hotel staff for resolving the issue so professionally and turning it into a truly positive and memorable experience.

Wonderful manager. Recently renovated. Very friendly and welcoming. Very green. Nice wooden carvings on balconies. (It felt peaceful. I didn't mind the occasional airplanes flying overhead.) Location depends on what you are looking for.

The hotel’s facilities are generally good, except for the swimming pool. On our first day, the water was terribly dirty, so I mentioned it to reception. They said the manager would send someone to clean it later, but it wasn’t done until the next day—only then could we enjoy a swim. Management should prioritize daily morning cleanings instead of reacting to complaints; it risks damaging the reputation and losing repeat guests.

A great house with three bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, as shown in the photos. The Wifi signal is good, welcome water and snacks are provided. The owner maintains the house well and clean. There is also one meal included every day, and you can choose the delivery time, between 10:00 and 17:00. The curry chicken is delicious. The parking lot can park two cars, and everything is perfect, except that it is a bit far from the ancient city, so it is best to drive, otherwise the taxi fare will be expensive. The community is very quiet and safe. There is a small grocery store within a three-minute walk where you can buy drinks, eggs, bread, etc. We spent seven leisurely and enjoyable days, thank you Suna Office for everything!

The hotel probably knew better days before COVID, and it is in need of some polishing. At the same time, I had a very pleasant stay: they provide free bicycles, the room is clean, rustic, and atmospheric. There is a road curving around the hotel but at least from where my house was located, I could not really hear any traffic. The village is very local, with great little eateries that serve delicious cheap meals. The Viewpoint in the 6fh floor of the main building indeed has a great view! Lady at the reception can speak a little English, and she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport.
