เป็นโรงแรมที่รีโนเวทใหม่จากโรงแรมเดิมที่เคยเห็นจากรีวิวล่าสุดเมื่อ 3ปีที่แล้ว วันนี้ได้มีโอกาสมาใช้บริการหลังจากรีโนเวทผ่านมา 2ปี โรงแรมสะอาด บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ อยู่ไม่ไกลจากถนนคนเดินมากนัก พนักงาต้อนรับดี มี Welcome Drink เป็นน้ำใบเตยผสมวุ้น บริเวณล๊อปบี้มีที่นั่งพักผ่อนสะดวกสบาย มีลิฟท์ให้บริการ ภายในห้องพักสะอาด ขนาดห้องพักเล็กไปนิดนึง แต่อุปกรณ์ของใช้ต่างๆยังดูใหม่มาก มีสมาร์ททีวี ตู้เย็น กาน้ำร้อน ไม่มีกาแฟซอง ไดเป่าผม กระจกเงา โต๊ะนั่งเล่นเล็กๆ ชอบตรงที่ห้องน้ำแยกห้องอาบน้ำและห้องสุขาออกจากกัน ที่นอนแข็งไปหน่อย นอนไม่ค่อยสบาย แต่ห้องเงียบ เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน ที่นี่ไม่มีอาหารเช้าบริการ จะมีแต่เครื่องทำกาแฟอัตโนมัติไว้คอยบริการฟรีในตอนเช้าให้กับผู้เข้าพัก

No-frills family hotel located about 10 minutes walk from Nakhon Phanom's famous Naga monument. The rooms are basic but are fairly large and not uncomfortable. Both the free WiFi and air conditioning worked well, as did our shower which produced plenty of hot water on a chilly December morning. The private car park is a welcome find. Suggested improvements are the ”covers” on the bed which consist of a thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets. Maybe the hotel owner might consider investing in lightweight synthetic duvets (quilts) which could save a lot of laundry, drying and ironing time.. Although the hotel has a large dining area, we were told that no meals are served although we were welcome to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee. When we stayed, the hotel was nearly full and we felt that the owner was giving away a lot of food business to local restaurants and other eating places. Would we stay again at the SP Residence? Yes we would. The hotel does provide excellent value for money.

Small compact room, with comfortable bed with good quality linen and towels. Hot shower with plenty of water pressure. Shower small.and a larger person would struggle to use it. Good AC and nil issues. Bar fridge not working. Told the reception desk about it and did not seem interested. Parking at rear of hotel and rear entrance/exit point directly to reception.

สถานที่บรรยากาศดี ตกแต่งน่ารัก ดูอบอุ่น มีที่จอดรถและมีที่ชาร์จไฟฟ้าแต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถใช้ได้เพราะกำลังไฟไม่พอ ที่พักหาง่าย ติดริมถนน ด้านหน้ามีร้านขายของชำ สะดวกดีค่ะ อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบครัน แต่เนื่องจากที่พักล้อมรอบไปด้วยต้นไม้ทำให้ในห้องมีแมลงค่อนข้างเยอะ เกาะทั่วพื้น ผนัง และบนที่นอน

ดีทุกอย่าง แต่ผ้าห่มเก่ามีกลิ่นนิดหน่อย แต่ไม่เป็นไร บริการดีมาก

ที่พักดี สะอาด คุ้มกับราคา ห่างจากถนนคนเดินประมาน400 เมตร พอเดินได้

Arrived late on and once showered found no towels. Called the number, the kind lady drove back to work to give us fresh towels. Excellent location, big roome, and amazing price. Highly recommended.

About the location,breakfast,cleanliness as well as staff, I’ve got nothing to complain about. While the system here is confusing & strange. Guests must get their keycards updated every day & the housekeeper doesn’t clean your room regularly as other hotels 🏨 do. If you’d like to have your rooms made up, you have to inform the receptionist.

The hotel blasted recorded music in the outside common area from 7 pm until 10 pm every night during my 3-day stay. The music was so loud I couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or even have a conversation. It sounded like there is a live band playing on the balcony outside my room (and my room was on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel). The breakfast was so bad that I skipped it the last two days of my stay( despite having paid for it). Finally, the bed was so hard it felt like I was lying on a marble slab. All in all, an unexpectedly disappointing experience! I will say, however, that the hotel staff was polite, professional, and kind (as is typical in Thailand).
