The room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with high-quality amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their service was professional and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. The location is also good, making it easy to travel around the city. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with high quality service and comfortable accommodation. The room was average, but I don't like a smell in the room. Maybe it will be better if the hotel puts some perfume. Likewise, I saw a big insect in my bedroom. The receptionist was really sorry about it. I do understand because this is a rainy season. However, it will be better if they look more careful to it.

Second time I have stayed here and will stay again when in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful if needed. Location is perfect for the nightlife and restaurants and the Central Mall and night markets for all your shopping. Highly recommend

A very pleasant hotel. I stayed here for quite a long time. Not all staff speak English fluently, but they genuinely try to help, which is appreciated. The hotel is located a bit far from the “central” part of Udon, but that’s not really an issue — taxis are plentiful, and you can quickly get anywhere you need. Near the hotel, you’ll find many local shops where you can buy pretty much everything you need. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable — not too firm. Housekeeping can be done every day upon request. They also provide two bottles of water daily (even if you’re not in the room, they’ll leave them by your door), which is a nice touch. Be careful with food in the room — don’t leave it out for too long, or you’ll get a full parade of ants :) It’s not a big deal, but it might bother some people. Ants are common across Thailand, so this isn’t really the hotel’s fault. Overall, I recommend it. It’s not quite a full 5-star experience yet, but it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars.

When I got there the staff was great, rooms fairly clean, very small needs a refurbishment, breakfast was great. pool looks good but decking needs to be replaced looks like falling apart, close and central to everything

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked very well, which made the stay very comfortable. It was also easy to book transportation from the hotel, and the price was very reasonable for the quality provided. One small downside was that the staff did not clearly explain how to access the Wi-Fi during check-in, which caused a bit of confusion at first. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable overall.
