RRabebCela fait 2 ans que je vais à cet hôtel. Le personnel est non seulement très agréable, mais à l’écoute de ses clients. La propreté est impeccable. On se sent très en sécurité et cela reste bien car l’aéroport est à côté.

The Novotel Tunis offers a decent stay, positioning itself well for business travelers and tourists due to its convenient location. However, guests should be prepared for an experience that feels slightly past its prime, primarily due to the condition of the accommodations and a disappointing morning meal.
The Good:
• Location & Accessibility: The hotel’s primary strength is its central location, offering excellent accessibility to key business districts and local attractions in Tunis. It's easy to navigate the city from here.
• Common Areas: The lobby, reception (except very awkward and hard to communicate with), and non-room facilities (like meeting spaces) are well-maintained and modern, suggesting where the hotel’s recent investments have been focused.
The Areas for Improvement:
• Outdated Guest Rooms: The biggest drawback of the stay was the condition of the hotel room. They are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furniture, older decor, and fixtures that are desperately in need of renovation. While clean, the overall look and feel are tired, making the stay feel less comfortable and certainly not reflecting modern Novotel standards.
• ”Meh” Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired. It was functional but certainly not a highlight a bland start to the day that did not justify the price.
Conclusion:
The Novotel Tunis is a practical option if location is your main priority. The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice. If the management addresses the much-needed room renovations, the Novotel Tunis could significantly elevate its standing.

PPengguna Tetamu這家酒店位於突尼斯市中心，是一家老牌酒店。一進酒店就看到酒店大老闆在前台監督工作，老闆還來回走動，有助於酒店的管理，這給人印象很深。老闆待人禮貌熱情。這次訂了一間套房，很乾凈舒心。最特色的是浴缸有一把凳子，這個專門為老年人或行動不便的旅客安排，這一點想得非常周到，值得點贊。晚上睡覺很安靜。套房有陽台，可以欣賞市區風景。房間含餐食，食物是當地的特色美味，可口好吃。下次到突尼斯還會入住這家酒店。

CChristobalDas Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und groß genug. Die Matratze war gut. Leider weder Haartrockner und Wasserkocher.
Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber man wird satt.
Der Weg zum Hotel ging über den Markt, was schon ganz gute Eindrücke in die Stadt gibt. Die Lage selbst ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Wir haben gut geschlafen

PPengguna TetamuFor those who complain about traffic noise. All hotels on busy areas will have noise. Don't be angry with the hotel. They cannot control traffic noise. How about investing in earplugs. I bring them everywhere, just in case. Get over yourself. When you leave for the day How about placing the card on the door to have your room cleaned!! How about mentioning it to the reception when leaving for the day!! Of course not, you prefer to complain. I've been here a week, and not one day has passed that I do not see the cleaners on the floor. Need something, kindly ask and they will be more than happy to assist you. Stop behaving entitle, and have some respect. Stop being cheap and expecting think you will be handed a platinum platter. Every one from the reception, security that is outside the bars, cleaners etc have been kind and curious. As well, just because your mother catters to you hand and foot, do not expect the same at the hotels. They are not your parent. Grow up and take responsibility! The bed is my mess 🤣 afterthought to take photo. Room is clean and comfortable. No complaints!

GGiuseppeHo soggiornato in questo albergo per qualche giorno e l’esperienza è stata stupenda. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La colazione abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Anche la posizione è ottima: ben collegata e comoda per visitare la città e a soli sette minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto. Assolutamente consigliato, tornerò sicuramente!

Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.
