LLocal Guide1Radisson Blu Ankara’da konaklamamız karışık bir deneyimdi. Açıkçası otelin neden 5 yıldızlı olduğunu anlamakta biraz zorlandım. Türkiye’de bazen sadece alkol servisi yapılmasının 5 yıldız için yeterli olup olmadığını sorguluyorsunuz.
Odalar her gün temizlenmesine rağmen oldukça kuru ve tozluydu. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde her zaman cam masaların üzerinde toz vardı, bu da ilk izlenimi olumsuz etkiledi. Odayı çok ısıttıkları için ve kışın soğutma imkanı olmadığı için gece 2’de odamızı değiştirmek zorunda kaldık çünkü bebeğimiz ve biz uyuyamadık sıcaktan.
Buna rağmen çalışanlar gerçekten harikaydı. Hepsi çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi ve bu sayede yaşayabileceğimiz daha kötü bir deneyimi tolere etmemizi sağladılar. Personel için rahatlıkla 5 yıldız veririm, ancak otelin genel durumu bana göre en fazla 3 yıldız seviyesinde.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. The lobby itself was inviting, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance that set the tone for my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, even though the hotel is centrally located. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful details, like the complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee station, which added to the convenience.
The breakfast served at the hotel was one of the highlights. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from local Turkish dishes to international favorites. The quality of the food and the attentive service from the staff made for a perfect start to each day.
The hotel’s location was another major plus. It’s within walking distance of many key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Ankara. For those needing transportation, the hotel also offers excellent support in arranging taxis or providing directions.

PPengguna TetamuBeş yıldızlı bir otel donanımı yok,banyo havluları yüz havlusundan biraz büyük rengi gri olmuş incelmiş ve zımpara gibi olmuş böyle havlu kasaba otelinde misafire verilmez ayıptır, çarşaflar,yataklar, yastıklar hepsi 2 yıldızlı bir otel gibi , gerçekten inanılmaz kötü. Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. Misafir bir sodanin parasını ödemeden kaçacak ya....

ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

II live to travelI booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.

AAnnaI really loved the experience in here, the location is one of the bests (it's really close to everywhere)The bed had one of the comfiest mattresses ever. The staff is really nice and skilled. The only thing is that we had sometimes problems with the parking since it was so full and we would've enjoyed if the gym was a bit more equipped it would've been great if they had mats. As recommendation, the cleaning could be better, cleaning the floors in the room as part of housekeeping everyday would be an upgrade.
Overall I recommend this hotel for location, facilities and the service they got 24/7, if you are looking for a very comfortable stay in ankara it would be te best option, specially if its for a business trip.
