AAyseIch habe nichts zu bemängeln. Es wurde alles gedacht. Bis ins kleinste Detail und der Service ist Mega gewesen Personal top freundlich. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen.!

CChloeC10The hotel is clean, modern and in a great location. The staff don't speak any English but it was quick and easy to check in and get help despite the language barrier. The room isn't very big but it was still a very comfortable stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a mini market and the Metro within easy walking distance. There’s also plenty of eateries close by There’s Also a cute cafe downstairs! Another PLUS point is the receptionists speak excellent English and Can help you with calling a Taxi etc. I love the fact there is a kitchen and a washing machine in this spacious unit.
Minus points are - the Shower stall does not drain well at all and When you take a Shower the next day thw floor is slimy. We were there four days and they only made the bed and cleaned the room every 2 days altho they did give fresh towels and cleaned out the trash. The kitchen has pots and pans and crockery but but its not complete. For intance there is bread knife but no knives, no bowls or colanders for washing your raw Ingredients etc
Overall the stay was OK . I would give it a 7 out of 10

BBk_EmIt's in a weird part of the city surrendered either by housing or some low small businesses. If you walk or take the MRT a stop or two, you're in an area that's got food and other interesting things. The one really strange part about the hotel is that the elevator is constantly smell like sewage in the basement. There is the fitness center which was very smelly of sewage as well. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is okay. I would definitely not spend more than one night here.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning.
I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money.
However, there are several areas worth mentioning:
- location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there
- staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase
- bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.

MMesutfrühstück ist in Ordnung, zwar nicht abwechslungsreich allerdings schmeckt es gut. Hatte leider ein Zimmer im -1 Etage. Dieses roch leider nach Zigaretten Rauch, obwohl es eine rauchfreies Zimmer sein sollte. Klimaanlage hat auch nicht gut funktioniert beziehungsweise hat keine frische Luft reingebracht. Lage ist sehr optimal, um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen.
