Hotel Izmir dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Comfortable accommodations, but serious concerns about guest relations. During checkout, we were called repeatedly (10+ times within 20 minutes, from 12:00 to 12:20) even after confirming multiple times we were heading down. When we complained, staff responded defensively and continued escalating rather than resolving the issue or accepting our feedback. While one female staff member was pleasant, two male staff members were unprofessional and disruptive throughout the situation.

I was surprised by the hostel. I loved the decor; it feels super homey. The people who work there are very friendly. I loved the garden. It's very close to the train station and downtown.

這是我在網上訂過飯店的最差經歷。第一天，我獨自一人到達了這個飯店。飯店櫃臺漂亮的女士跟我做了解說，她說咖啡，茶，水都是免費的，其他都是要算錢。還強調房間是禁煙房。還請我在一份文件上面簽字。說巧不巧這一天很冷，對於一個來自臺灣的我來說。不住不知道，一住嚇一跳。原先我挑著最貴的房間，主要是因為認為房間夠大，所以應該有比較好的隔音效果。結果沒想到這個奇葩的房間真的是很奇葩。那個水壺裏面充滿白色的水垢。我一開始還試圖想要清理，後來發現根本清理不了，塗起來全部都是白色的粉末。我說要換一個新的。還是要等到隔天早上我自己去櫃臺催，才幫我換的。誇張的還有，竟然把空調放在廚房裏。然後妄想，可以把廚房的空調通過客廳再傳到你的主臥室。可想而知，根本不可能。而飯店的人員也不認為這是問題。 所以我為了不讓自己冷死，拿了優遊卡片插在房間，連出門都不敢爬起來，生怕房間的溫度降了下來。第二天，我的男友到了。我請他去櫃臺幫我拿兩瓶水。一個男生的服務員跟他說了60元土耳其幣，隔天我心裏想找到女服務生，她就會退還了。結果真的是痴人做夢。解釋了一大堆就是你要幾瓶水我可以給你。錢只要進他們的口袋就休想拿出來。房間的隔音也是奇差無比。反正你能抱怨的都可以想得到。 最關鍵讓我火冒三丈的就是要離開當天。他說要確認我們有沒有吃零食。因為我沒有在飯店吃零食的習慣，所以我覺得應該是沒有，但後來他說有，我就肯定我男朋友有吃吧。跟我講了一堆東西。我聽到了巧克力，，，，還有兩瓶水。我問他水不是不用錢嗎？他說冰箱裏的兩瓶是要算錢的。我真的覺得做生意不是這樣子的。他說要190土耳其幣。我直接給了200，他又在那邊假裝櫃臺沒有十元可以找。我叫他留著，因為外面的司機在等我們去機場。 這一間真的真的真的千萬不要訂。因為只要訂過保證會後悔。 土耳其的風景跟人真的很棒。但這家飯店的服務品質真的給土耳其大大扣分。簡直就是丟人現眼。

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

The hotel is located in the center - in the heart of Izmir. Many different Turkish cafes around. Not far from the market. Before you check-in you should verify the actual details and size of your room. In our case what was in the picture on Trip.com was not exactly the reality. When we asked why we booked 20m3 double room and were given a small one of 14m3 they started explaining that the system booked automatically..., we have two types..., you should have told us you need the bigger one etc. Very funny and weak excuses. Otherwise the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is ok, the location is nice. By the way - parking is just along the road next to the hotel - it is a normal way of parking in many places in Türkiye.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free hot water and tea 24 hours. It is located in the city centre but quiet at night. Good for the value.

Mr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs. He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.  The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)  Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.  The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.  You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.  There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports. If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Отдых после 5,5 часовой автобусной поездки из Чанаккале помог восстановить бодрость духа в профессиональной гостинице классического типа Быстрое заселение и расположение на отдых. Утренний вкусный завтрак в стандартном исполнении шведского стола придал силы для покорения Пергама. Очень приятные и благожелательные впечатления от отдыха в уютной и чудесной гостинице Измира.

Location is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .

The service was fine. The room was fine and ok for the price. It looks better in the pictures. The shower worked but the shower head fell off so I had to use the hose as a shower. The water pressure was good and the temperature control work well for a nice hot or warm shower to your preference but the bathroom was very small with a toilet next to the shower and no partition or curtain between them. Everything would get wet during a shower. The TV did not work. It was within walking distance to coffee shops and the markets at the port, but did not feel like a very safe place to walk at night due to the dimly lit alleys. I would probably not choose to stay there again but it was fine for one night in an emergency situation. The front desk at night was personable but conversation was difficult without the use of translation apps on my phone.
