PPengguna TetamuЗамечательный уютный отель! Приветливый персонал. Можно заказать трансфер из аэропорта/в аэропорт, цена 35 евро, совершенно адекватная, Uber показывал даже дороже. Просто свяжитесь с отелем заранее по поводу трансфера. При выходе из отеля, если повернуть налево к реке, лодочная станция и паром, на них можно перебраться на другой берег, погулять, посмотреть развалины древнего города, купить у местной бабушки гранатовый соус.

PPengguna TetamuЧудесный отель, всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного отдыха. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, халаты, идеально чистое постельное белье. В ванной комнате цветочки стоят, мелочь, но приятно. Внизу у бассейна отдельные полотенца для лежаков. Проживали с 18-21 апреля, народу не много, работ пылесос каждый день чистил бассейн, персонал реагирует на любую просьбу. Ухоженная территория, да бассейн приятно удивил, длина 50 м правда с изгибом, но поплавать можно.

GGuest UserWhat we liked: The hotel is super clean. Our room was great, big and beautiful. We walked with barefoot on the floor, because of the cleanliness. The bathroom big enough and clean. The products in the bathroom are from L'Occitane, a premium manufacturer of shampoos and cosmetics. The surrounding of the hotel is very pleasing. Everywhere colorful plants, flowers and trees. The setup is just amazing a little bit of Italy (Toskana) and Thailand. Carefully decorated with a high degree of pleasing details. The pool area is just as amazing as the rest. The pool itself is filled with warm water. There are enough towels and sun lounger. Don't miss the amazing sunset. Just beautiful. In summary, if you want to avoid the crowded place and appreciate privacy this is the place to be. Staff is very friendly. You get a fresh cocktail and a plate of fresh fruits as a welcome gift. What we did not like: As much as we liked the hotel the breakfast and the service was not able to keep u with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast with one word was catastrophic. To put it in perspective. The hotel has ”only” 11 rooms. So the amount of guest waiting for their breakfast is more than managable. They only had one official waiter. The selection was really bad. Some jams, which we did not like. Some sausage with eggs (turkish dish), olives. That's it. No chocolate cream or cream cheese. What really was disappointing was that we constanly had to ask for bread. It was as if they intentionally wanted to annoy the guests. As the waiter always brought one or two slices of bread. Even other guest were really pissed of. The ”highlight” was that we asked for orange juice, which was not fresh, it was packed. They did not tell us, that orange juice is not for free. So it came in surprise to us when we checked out. Nobody told us. This is a scam. They had filter coffee and instant coffee as well as coffee from a coffee machine. The filter coffee was for free. Unfortunately the filter caffee was not always available. Instead they provided us with instant coffee powder, which was also billed at checkout. Again nobody told us, that this will cost, let alone, that it is more than rude to sell instant coffee. In summary the breakfast does not match the price tag and is disappointing. Not a good way of starting into the day. Eating at the hotel restaurant is kind of gambling. There is no information available regarding the available dishes and of course price tag. You have to ask. And I can tell you, the price will depend on who is asking. This is ridiculous and does not suit the ”wanna be” high quality of the rest. The hotel is accessible by a gate. You drive with your own car into the premise. Driving in and out is annoying, as you have to wait until somebody notice that you want to drive in or out (precious time is wasted). In summary, this hotel could achieve 10 of 10 points, by changing litte. Breakfast is no rocketscience. Staff is really friendly but not always

Не понравилось море, сложно конкурировать находясь рядом с Фетхие и Мармарис…

PPengguna TetamuOtel dere kenarında, kaunos kral mezarları görünüyor. Çevre düzenlemesi çok iyi. Yeşillikler ve ağaçlar bar. Havuz bar ve restorant muhteşem. Keşke ilk girişiminde buzdolabının ve banyo için ısu ısıtıcısını çalışır vaziyette bulabilseydik. Şohbenin şalteri bulmak için tesisatçı moduna girmek zorunda kaldık. Gece yarısı şu veya başka ihtiyaç için resepsiyonu aradım yanıt vermedi. Fakat tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen temiz, düzenli ve çok keyifli bir mekan. Yine gideceğim.

PPengguna TetamuПрекрасный отель недалеко от набержной. С балкона вид на гробницы и центральную улицу. Персонал очень приветливый. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Завтраки на террасе на крыше. Вид превосходный. Номер просторный достаточно уютный. Особых недостатков не заметила.

Ttimmocooper4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work.
I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed.
Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied).
My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area.
That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept.
The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail.
It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest.
I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

AAbdelazizLocation is very but some maintenance should be done for kids facilities , the team managing the hotel so friendly and helpful , I did not try the food due to short duration , the flys are too much due to the fact the we are in farm , so be ready with some cream and spray to protect the kids who are sensitive.
