PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in another Drury before and we repeated. Good enough but not as much as the other one in San Antonio. As for the service... we arrived around 1 AM (previously booked) and nobody was at the front desk... for almost 30 minutes. Breakfast was not as complete as in the other facility, either. Good, but not as much as our first experience with Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio, which was exceptional.

PPengguna TetamuWe only stopped for the night, so we didn’t use any amenities. It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. I do wish that smokers would not be allowed near the door. It kept opening and the smell of cigarette smoke clouded the lobby.

PPengguna TetamuI was really satisfied with my stay. It can keep kids from all ages entertained. It has entertainment for adults too. I just wish I would have had more time to enjoy at its fullest, but I really recommend.

PPengguna TetamuBeautiful facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast turned out to be Not Free. Cold breakfast, coffee was free. Had to purchase hot breakfast. Short staffed, lady from front desk was very accommodating and covered the breakfast serving as well.
Overall good stay.

Aarshyb1The hotel was right off the highway and there were places to eat within walking distance. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful with the check in. Rooms were clean and specious. My only concern was the cross contamination at breakfast (bacon mixed with eggs and potatoes). There was cereal and milk though. Overall I’d stay there again. It was good value for money!
