Hotel Carlsbad dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Good location and nice surrounding. There are couple of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel

Close to legoland.. very friendly and helpful staff.. very clean.. kids loved the heated outdoor pool. 😋

Dalam tempoh pencegahan wabak. Pencegahan wabak hotel dilakukan dengan baik. Persekitarannya baik dan biliknya luas. Malangnya, saya tidak dapat berjalan ke tepi laut. Bangunannya agak lama. Secara keseluruhannya bagus. Kerana dalam tempoh pencegahan wabak, tidak ada perkhidmatan yang diberikan, ini dapat difahami.

Check in and check out were easy with friendly staff. Nothing fancy but it was nice having the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. There is some noticeable noise from the freeway but I stopped noticing it after a short time.

Perfect location in downtown Carlsbad. An easy walk to anything you may possibly need. The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy. The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing. The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.  the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

Great and easy to book via trip.com. Good property but it’s a resort thus there’s resort fee and check out is subject to availability despite Bonvoy membership. Also note that we booked breakfast with the room but turned out we only have a daily breakfast credit of $44 which doesn’t quite make sense to us. Average single breakfast item on the menu is like $15-$18 and excludes coffee or drinks. Still need to top up at the end. Not great on that point. Otherwise great stay!

Best customer service ever! Fast to check in and check out. Very clean hotel and convenience to go to the LEGOLAND and restaurant is nearby also. We will be stay again, thank you so much all the customer service is polite and professional. We love this hotel.

We had a great time at the Carlsbad Sheraton for my birthday staycation! I loved Taryn, the front desk gal; she was helpful and friendly. Taryn  allowed my friend to decorate a few lounge chairs at the pool before I arrived for my surprise birthday. Most places wouldn’t have allowed that, and I was very appreciative.  The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were roomy. Unfortunately, some noisy people were above us for half the night. Thankfully, security asked him to shut up, and at check-out, Taryn waved my resort fee and sincerely apologized. I almost forgot to mention the lovely restaurant and Café at the poolside. I ordered myself a cup of coffee, and the barista made me a complimentary chai tea latte for my birthday. I look forward to Coming back for another day of vacation 

I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was lacking. Outdated bathroom with a bathtub that had nothing to keep you from skipping to the bathroom tile that just as slippery even with the floor towel. The room was big and clean with a nice bed but the lugging was awful. There were 2 side tanks lamps, 1 floor lamp, and a desk lamp(didn't work). Even with the 3 that worked out was still very dimly lit. The pipes in the wall sounded like they were going to bust when a another room would turn on their water. It was so loud. When I booked this room it said it was a 3 star hotel, more of a 2. Without the staff a 1. There not being an elevator to the second floor was tough. Then there were 2 sounds at night. One sounded like something cheering on wood above me, and the other was something tapping on the wall. There was an extra charge when I checked in that wasn't on the site when I booked it. This could be the hotel or this dues fault, bit sure. My rating didn't really reflect the start because of the categories.

I feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service. Thank you Kiki, & Zack Patrivua McIntosh
