Front staff were all extremely friendly. There was a weird smell in our room, sort of a chemical odor. The location was very close to downtown so that was convenient.

Breakfast was good. All the services were pretty good, but the elevators were out of order. I had to walk through up to the 5th floor most of time. I found two long hairs on the sheet of bed.

I booked 3 rooms for law school graduation. Checking in was an unpleasant experience because the staff were not welcoming and could not answer basic questions. One of the rooms had an unpleasant smell and they only had a single trash can. The breakfast was fine, and the staff who helped us check out was nice.

Lovely, chic hotel in a fantastically convenient part of Charlottesville - great restaurants and close to everything. Service was very attentive and responsive. Took a few points off facilities because the gym was a little grim.

Love everything about the Graduate line of hotels by Hilton. We stayed just one night for a college tour and it was perfect!. From being greeted and checked in/out by the friendliest staff... shout out to Sean! to room decor, spaciousness and all amenities in general. Super comfy stay and right in the middle of UVA campus. Can't be beat, thanks Graduate!

Very nice room. 4 normal pillows on beds, seems to be harder to find places that offer a decent/normal pillow. The room was fairly clean, a rag was left behind by the cleaner who must have forgotten to check prior to leaving.
