PPengguna TetamuBed was not clean. There was hair and food crumbs on the sheets! Front desk clerk was very nice and brought us some sheets. She said that she was the only one at the hotel so she couldn’t send anyone to change the sheets for us so we had to change our own bed!
Around 10pm after we had gone to bed, we started hearing someone running and jumping around in the room above us. We waited patiently for about an hour to see if they would settle down but finally had to call front desk and complain. Desk clerk said she would take care of it and after a few minutes the noise stopped. Didn’t get back to sleep until after midnight.

PPengguna TetamuVery clean. My only complaints - There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

PPengguna TetamuClean room. No dresser or other type of wardrobe to unpack clothes; hangers available, along with ironing board/iron. Hair dryer. No microwave even though one pictured in the room pic I saw. Coffeemaker adequate but could be nicer. Tolietries provided (single use). Staff friendly & helpful. Couldn't connect to Wifi; must use hotel admin password which they provided. Ice machine on my floor didn't work, easy access to another unit on other floor via elevator. Walking distance to free City Shuttle and several very good restaurants and cafes. Decor is quasi mid-century modern. Small desk and swivel office chair but no other additional seating, other than on your bed. Small vinyl ”ottoman” (to be used how?). Heating/AC unit efficient & quiet? Had fan only mode for air circulation which was nice. Room view blocked by structural pillar; I didn't want to hassle changing rooms; on hindsight, I should have moved to ”pool view” room instead of ”city view.”

JJourney Miles Away 4This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

PPengguna TetamuWould have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞
But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍
We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

PPengguna TetamuI thought the front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The check in and out was super quick and easy. The breakfast was minimal, but good. They have a waffle maker, some cereal, yogurt, toast, coffee and juice. We were happy with it! And we swam in the pool which was small, but nice! It was a good location- about 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get on and off the highway from. I will say the hotel is a little run-down looking, especially our carpet in our room, but it was ok! The TV worked and had enough channels and the beds were comfortable. For the price, it was worth it, I'd say!

PPengguna TetamuI was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

MMary HightowerWe visited for valentine's weekend, was able to checkin at 2pm. Room clean and nice. Shower was amazing and clean. Only complaint is that we could have used 4 pillows instead of 3.
