Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

The accommodation was simple but very clean. Slightly off the main road so quiet in my room. Good bathroom. Furniture a bit dated. Bed v comfortable. A/c works well. Fridge and microwave v useful. Laundry on site cheap. Easy walking distance to rail station and down town Area felt safe. Staff helpful when asked things.

The smell from the purina plant can be strong during different times of the day and the hotel is 8 minutes from all the bars and restaurants downtown . It’s a new and clean facility and probably one of the nicer hotels compared to the others

Hotel in good location. Room is very sizable. Front desk very professional and efficient. Slight poor insulation from noises.

I did not know that the entire hotel was pet-friendly or I would not have stayed there due to my allergies. It was not clearly posted online. I did not know there was a $150 hotel deposit when I arrived. I had already paid the room before I got there. The location was a bit overwhelming as the hotel is behind a gas station, bar, and fast food drive through. The hotel was partially under construction and part of the parking lot was closed. This made it challenging for customers to find parking. The room itself was clean, new and spacious. I did not know breakfast was not included even though there was coffee in the lobby.

The place was located close to the downtown. It’s clean and we like that the rooms do not have carpet. Only thing we would like to comment was the breakfast, it was just coffee, juice, oatmeal and toast. We were hoping for at least eggs and/or sausage.

The service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a bar on the east side that appeals to some really loud and obnoxious people. They were drunk and yelling in the street all night long. We slept very little for the entire stay. On top of that, the hot water went out during the first night, and th temperature was in the teens. The staff did give us a credit for that, but it didn't help enough to make me want to return there ever again.

While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the beds in the room were so uncomfortable. The mattresses were way too hard and felt like a spring was trying to poke through. There were small flying bugs constantly in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep.

Clean and no smell. The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.
