"The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the casino suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well."

"Absolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"I was a little worried because it was a motel, but we had no problems. My brother and I stayed for one night! The heating worked well, and the reception staff were very nice. The only amenity provided was soap. There was free coffee, a hot water machine, an ice machine, and a microwave next to the reception. There was also a vending machine where you could buy snacks and drinks! It was conveniently located close to Flagstaff town! There's a Mos Burger next door, which is very convenient!"

"Due to changes in my itinerary, I booked two nights separately. After many twists and turns, and with the price difference paid, I was finally able to stay two nights in a row without changing rooms. But on the second night I was surprised to find that the room had not been cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was told that the room cleaning service requires guests to request it upon check-in, otherwise it will not be cleaned. This is the first time I have encountered this rule in my decades of business trips and hotel stays. I had to get a few clean towels and endure this unacceptable service."
