Great hotel! Very clean and safe. We love the automatic gate. Very comfy bed and amazing shower. 5 mins walk to grocery store and coffee shops.

Номер был просторным, кровати очень удобные, а персонал всегда приветливым и готовым помочь. Особенно понравилось расположение — тихий район, при этом недалеко от ресторанов, магазинов и основных достопримечательностей Глендейла и Лос-Анджелеса. Заселение прошло быстро, парковка удобная, а общие зоны отеля выглядят ухоженно и профессионально. После насыщенного дня было приятно возвращаться в комфортный номер и отдыхать. Отличное соотношение цены и качества для района. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и рекомендуем этот отель другим путешественникам.

we stayed five nights to be close to oxy. generally the location and facility felt quite safe and convenient to both oxy and nearby glendale americana.  parking was always available on-site when we needed it. we had minimal interaction with the staff (checkin/checkout was easy polite and efficient). the room was quiet, private, and reasonably clean (not super new or fancy but no complaints), the ac was functional and kept us at comfortable temp throughout.  some of the electrical outlets need maintenance and required some fidgeting to get power flowing just right but this was very minor.  we would stay here again for sure; good value overall.

Well located hotel, easy to find street parking for free, and the staff were all incredibly nice, especially the gentleman on late night check in when we arrived. The room was basic, but fine- only small issue is there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were helpful about sending someone to clean the room, but it didn't have a massive impact. Overall, good hotel at an excellent price point to explore the city easily.

Центр Глендейла, через дорогу - Americana, Target, рядом отличный ресторанчик Foxy’s, за углом - остановка автобуса 217, который идет в West Hollywood. Сам мотель - вполне стандартный: мебель и сантехника не новые, но в рабочем состоянии. Из плюсов - чистота и отличный, доброжелательный персонал.

The building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location.
