PPengguna TetamuLocation is really solid, with some decent dining across the street. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, but I got a weird vibe from them. Not sure what that was about. Thiis hotel chain definitely cuts costs when it comes to things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other room amenities. That all felt super cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot of options. Waffles were good, eggs were passable, sausage was standard. I'd not want to eat it for more than two days in a row, but it hit the spot for what it was. Wouldn't avoid in the future, but certainly not memorable.

JJohn ReubenThe room was spacious but the aircon was leaking onto the carpet. The lighting was adequate and the beds were comfortable. Having breakfast included was definitely convenient because I had an early walk to the convention center. Daily cleaning was also a plus for this property.

PPengguna TetamuAsked for 1-2 floor, got fourth floor. Pillows and bed horribly uncomfortable in room 440. A beer at their bar was $8.45 for a bottle of Mcelob ultra. The tv remote didn’t work. The gym was super nice great clean equipment. Besides the gym not worth the price

RrhemagrlThe service was great! It was an elegant setting, clean and our stay was noise free. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! Our only concern was it was advertised as free breakffast included and it was not included. This was an added expense and inconvenience to go somewhere else that has comparable food for less.

MMyty LouWe love Embassy Suites by Hilton! Number 1 reason for its safety and cleanliness! We stayed there for 6 nights, and it felt like home. They have a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TVs in the bedroom and living room, and the crib we requested for the baby! Plus points for the laundry on the second floor! Their breakfast is great, but, you know, six days with the same breakfast? I'd rather sleep. LOL! Seriously, we love how cozy our room is!

PPengguna TetamuScored low on cleanliness due to a dirty dried rag had been forgot about in the shower! Went to reach for the handheld shower head and a rag was stuck to it! The shower curtain was dirty. The head boards had greasy hand prints all over. The stay itself was comfortable. The breakfast area tucked into a small room. Guest crowded into a small space to serve themselves. And the Waffle maker should be in a separate area. People just standing there waiting o use it, taking up space that could be more beneficial to other guest to get their food. If overall experience, not bad, but not great. I’ll probably spend a little more for a better stay across the road. I’m in the area frequently.

PPengguna TetamuMotel lobby and breakfast area both closed in February 2023 door signed “closed due to Covid”. Appears real reason is just to save upkeep cost. Cold breakfast consists of 2 bars a package of low cost muffins and a tangerine. Room had missing facial tissues, missing wash cloth, stained carpet, damaged window covering. Dogs allowed and I got to listen to a barking dog all evening. Needless to say I’m going to choose other lodging in this area in the future.
