Newer property with spacious rooms.  Good location.  Good service.  Breakfast was basic and adequate. Pool and BBQ grills. Have stayed here twice and would stay again.

Very friendly staff! I checked in quite late but it was no problem. Clean and tidy room and convenient location. Next time I'm in San Rafael I will come back here!

Loved the location—right next to Peet’s Coffee, which made mornings easy. The hotel is spotless, the staff are welcoming, and having both sparkling and purified water was a nice touch.

Was a great stay!Rooms were super clean and very quiet!It was a perfect weekend.

No concerns with service - friendly. Externally and the inner court of the hotel looked fine. Stayed in a suite…upon entering the room there was a very old building musty smell lingering ( despite some windows were left slightly opened when we arrived). Dropped off luggage, opened the windows wider, turned on the air conditioner, and left the hotel so that it aired out. Came back to the hotel 5 hours later to the lingering old smell, but not as strong. The hotel seems to be a renovated apartment building. Our “suite” was a one-bedroom apartment with an attempt of repainted walls to make the place look current and up-to date, but the choice of carpeting and furniture seatings was a reach for maybe a 50’s contemporary look. Mold in the shower and rusting around the mirror as well as the sconces. When we came back the second night, hotel service seemed to have done something bc the hotel seemed to not have the lingering old smell. The walls are thin bc we could hear conversations and a tv turned on from 9pm-11pm (despite closing our windows). 3.5 out 5 stars.

舊金山地區挺好的一家HHoliday Inn酒店，服務人員熱情，有空房即可提前入住。酒店可停車車位很多，而且是免費免費的！早餐玉米餅挺好吃，住一樓有陽台有院子，衹是室外地面有積水，酒店離金門大橋十分鐘車程，但是金門大橋往南方向要收費9刀左右，租車的同學最好在網上用信用卡預付Goden bridge Toll過橋費。

For the price, this is a very good place to stay while in the North Bay. Room was clean, shower was hot and the location is great. Nothing more than a solid 3 star hotel that is very close to San Francisco.

Location was great. The cleanest of the room was great. The fact that they have a tub that runs with really hot water is perfect. The only problem was that the parking lot got filled up and it wasn’t able to park in the parking lot near my hotel room. Aside from that, my experience was great. I would offer that they put “no pets allowed” in their ads and postings, however. At times I do travel with a client’s pet and not being able to do so or knowing that pets were not allowed until after I made a booking was not able to cancel it Was frustrating.. On another note, I had a delivery from Amazon sent to the hotel, and they delivered it directly to my room .
