Hotel Pantai Miami dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

El lugar me pareció muy bonito pero estoy teniendo un problema aún con la devolución de mi depósito y un cobro de 500 $ de smoking fee el cual nunca utilice. He puesto mi queja pero aún no he recibido respuesta ni rembolso de mi dinero, me dijeron q las habitaciones tiene un sistema de humo q se activa al usar tabaco y nunca fumé dentro de las instalaciones ahora sigo esperando por mi devolución de los 500$

Great location. Rooms are clean, spacious, air conditioned.. They allow me to do a really early check in with charge. The staff is nice, helpful and professional, specially Nathaly, such an awesome and kind person.

The lobby is freezing cold. The staffs are friendly. The check-in wait time was about 20 minutes because there was only one front desk staff and the group before us spent too much time. The room is decent and clean. Love the balcony and direct access to the beach. The pool is kinda small, but they have two pools.

説實在的，Ritz-Carlton沒怎麼讓我失望過，非常符合我在South Beach度假屋的期待。早餐非常豐富，尤其是水果種類繁多且不普通。唯一遺憾的是沒有Salad，這讓習慣早餐吃菜的我有點不習慣，雖然小哥給我補了點牛油果和番茄，但總覺得少點維C。不知道是不是南方人是不是把水果當菜的緣故，沒有Salad感覺有點奇怪。最讓我驚喜的是大堂居然有個香水品牌krigle是奧黛麗赫本喜歡的，我是她的粉絲，便毫不猶豫地入手了1瓶。

Although the hotel is quite new with modern facilities, it is worn down, especially furniture on the rooftop. The room was quite small, windows dirty and on the half 4th floor young students who partied with music, telco in the hallway, smashing doors at 4am. Fitness room and pools too small. Serena Rest/bar quite good. Staff is top.

Perkhidmatan pantai ditutup pada 5:00PM, yang terlalu awal. Penumpang terlalu ramai dan lif pun sesak. Lantai yang diberikan lebih rendah. Kemudahan perkakasan adalah baik dan baru. Sikap meja depan harus lebih profesional.

For me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross. Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do. On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.

Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.

プライベートビーチも利用しました！プールもビーチも17時にはサービス終了なのでご注意を。部屋にレフィル可能なボトルが置いてあり、館内の至る所で給水できたのがとても良かった！ペットボトルよりエコなので。広々したジュニアスイートにアップグレードして大正解！家族4人で広く使えました。バスルームも広くて、シャワー別で椅子もありました。アメニティも香りが良くて◎ 空港からもアクセス良くUberで3,500円程で15分位で到着しました！ お部屋からは隣のタワーマンションとビーチが見えました。
