Dope place wish I had the money to stay longer

Hotel appears to be renovated recently. Rooms appear to look new. Restaurant staff were friendly and location was close to Oakland Airport.

Everything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.

Good location if you are traveling to/from OAK airport. Service is above average and facilities is nice too. Gated parking area which makes me feel safer. Will stay again if revisit Oakland.

헤어드라이기 없는데 있다고 해서 안챙겨갔다가 봉변 ㅋㅋㅋ 졸업식 사진찍는건데 없어서 고대기로 말림 ㅋㅋ 그리고 처음에 체크인할땐 착하게 해주고 막상 두명인데 샴푸 이틀 묵는건대 2개 만 넣어둬서 담날 샴푸 수건 더달라했더니 개정색하면서 몇명이냐~~자꾸 그럼 ㅋㅋ 그리고 나뿌진 않은데 인테리어 깔끔한 곳에서 느껴지는 찝찝한 더러움은 가득한 누낌임 ㅠ 그래도 나쁘진 않음 헤어드라이기가 가장 킹받았움

They replaced a broken fridge not fast but they did. Same hustle with a clogged sink. Room service is promised every other day, OK, on requests they finally managed it after 4 nights... They claimed that our prepaid amount was not paid and forced me to contact Trip dot com for clarification. Kind of strange. Our room came with street view which means a freeway + train line, see pic. With closed windows the noise was no issue for us, AC is working fine. For useful hints on the area ask the pretty nice janitor;)

Doesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time
