We were at this hotel in January 2024 and had a very good stay. That was why when we have to visit Boston again, I will book this hotel again. The hotel lobby has artistic installations and refreshments areas, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was of reasonable good size and the common shower areas were well maintained. I love the signages in these areas, witty when reminding hotel guests to keep the environment clean and be environmentally friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

Hotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel

Very good location- can walk to Boston Common(to see many squirrels )and Public Park and Freedom trails, delicious breakfast(served in disposable utensils), has a lounge for drinking and relaxing. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good gym too.Free welcome drink too!

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the airport. One of the highlights was the excellent complimentary breakfast with plenty of options to start the day. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and reliable. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Boston area.

It’s really clean and spacious and very close to the airport with a shuttle that takes you there. We had one issue with the water in the shower wouldn’t go down and they told us we had to wait until morning, but with some push back as we just got off a long international flight. They changed the room for us. And they made it right when we stopped by the from desk in the morning, will stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

Ongoing construction during stay — business center, restaurants, and gym unavailable Phone in room not working (line issue not fixed during stay) Safe box not working (couldn’t be repaired on-site) Overall, multiple maintenance issues and unavailable facilities made the stay disappointing.
