We were welcomed by friendly staff at 5AM. Our accommodation comes with daily buffet for 4 pax and access to their waterparks. The buffet spread is great with a lot of options even for kids. Menu changes every 2 days. The hotel feels a bit old with carpeted floor. Room can be more comfortable is pillows are not too soft. We requested for additional pillows since only 1 is provided per guests. Daily make up of room is available which is awesome. Staff are the best. Special shout out to Nelson - bfast staff who made our stay extra special. Location is a bit fast from downtown. So better to get a car rental and take your dinner before heading back to the hotel. Waterpark is okay, beach is under renovation though. The side party event for hotel guests is a nice way yo end our stay.

My family had an amazing time at Lotte Hotel. The service was good and the facilities were clean. It is conveniently close to a lot of things that we wanted to do. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel (La Siene) with all the different kinds of foods available and made use of the kids playground -- my boy really loves it there, especially with the new expansion. It was very family friendly, and will look forward to our next staycation.

The service at the front desk is the best. I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room. A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day. They even took it away, which was disappointing. Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them, but the service was good otherwise. The facilities are old because they are old, but they put in more effort to manage and provide service, so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip. The pool is nice and it's quiet.

My second time (first was last April 2025) Even though there still a lot of people hanging out i’m still love this hotel. Front desk officer are very accommodating and friendly. The place of this hotel is superb. Will visit guam soon and will choose this again.

The hotel local has a very good location accessible to a lot of restaurants. The room is clean and the pool and beach amenities are very beautiful. We will definitely come back!

The location is close to Don Quijote and K-Mart, but it's difficult to get around without a rental car. However, the service is good and it's good value for money for a one-night stay.
