"I've been to Guam more than 10 times, but this was my first stay at PIC! Since it's usually catered to families, and I often travel alone or with friends, I usually stayed at other hotels. Overall, though, I loved it! The room condition is a bit lacking compared to other beachfront hotels (such as the bedding, floor condition, and no complimentary toothbrush set provided). However, perhaps because it's popular with Korean tourists, there are plenty of Korean side dishes at the restaurant. Best of all, the facilities like kayaking, snorkeling, and the water slides are super attractive. A huge plus is that you can still use the facilities even after checking out if you want to. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guam! The beach condition was also amazing."

"I enjoyed my stay. I had everything I needed. The mini bar items were complimentary. The water pressure in the shower was strong. The view was amazing and the best part! I had a high floor. The beach was right in front. Service was amazing too. Just a few things to be mindful of, the blinds were slow to open but reasonably quick to close. The balcony door is heavy to push open. The balcony glass could be a bit cleaner. The floor outside the shower gets wet. Walls were a little thin and there needs to be more hooks for the towels to hang. In saying that though, if I return to Guam, I would still stay at this hotel. I hope the hotel can improve on those things mentioned. Definitely worth the visit."

"I checked in at dawn. Despite the early hour, the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in right away. The location wasn't bad, but there was no water in the room. Thankfully, there was a supermarket nearby, so I was able to purchase some. The room was in good condition. However, the bed sheets were a bit uncomfortable. The soundproofing wasn't great, as I could hear footsteps in the hallway."

"My wife and I stayed for one night. The location is excellent, and having access to free parking was a huge plus. There's a direct connection to a shopping complex with souvenir shops and a convenience store, which is very convenient. The beach is within walking distance, and there's a pool on-site. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean, so we didn't encounter any unpleasant issues. The staff were friendly, and overall, we were very satisfied. We visit Guam frequently, so we'll definitely be staying here again."

"What can I say about this place? LOL It's a hotel that makes you not go to other tourist spots when you come to Guam. LOL It's crowded, but the breakfast is really delicious (especially the ramen!!), the facilities are clean and tidy, and there are various programs that you can participate in for free. It's a bit expensive, so I hesitate, but once in a while... what a treat for myself??"

"The hotel seems to have opened in 2023, but perhaps due to Guam's humidity or poorer quality materials, there were many water stains in the bathroom and the hairdryer was chipped. Other services were quite good, and it's very eco-friendly that if you skip housekeeping for two days, you can exchange it for $20 worth of items from the convenience store!"

If you book a stay that includes lounge access, you don't have to worry about where to eat in expensive Guam. The food caters to Korean tastes, which is a big plus!
