George was so welcoming and very friendly and extremely personable. We initially booked the basement apartment, but upon arrival, he offered an apartment that usually sleeps 9 people. The apartment is extremely clean and very well maintained. We only spent one night. The premises as well are beautiful and well maintained. Definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Paros. Thank you again. Elsa and Sandra

My wife and I stayed in Paros for 4 nights at the 3rd floor Kontaratos apartment. You have a spectacular view of the mountain/hillside. You get the entire patio / seating area to yourself as you are the only apartment on the 3rd floor. The location is fantastic, only a couple minute walk to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, about a 15 minute walk to the port walk where you get on and off the ferry. There is a small bakery / convenience store less than 10 minute walk for your morning coffee. George met us at the apartment later in the evening for a late check-in and was very pleasant and accommodating. He went through the typical house rules and walked us through the different features of the apartment. All of the amenities listed on the booking were present and functional. This is a great apartment for a couple or maybe a family of 3 as there are 2 single beds pushed together. We had an amazing time on Paros and would definately call George and Kontaratos Studios & Apartments if we come back to Paros in the future.

Great apartment, it was clean, in good working order, comfortable, and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The owner resolved some small issues quickly and in a friendly manner. We recommend this apartment to anyone. We will stay here again.

we spent 1 week and it was a great week, nice and helpful host. it is a quiet place 10min walk from the port and its restaurants. beaches in the center accessible, vehicle rental right next door. hygiene side the rooms are very clean and very holy.

BOOK THIS!! We could not have asked for a more wonderful time in Paros and that was all because of Girgos. He was the most incredible and wonderful host! Not only were we always greeted with a smile and guided throughout our trip, but he always took time out of his busy day to make sure all his guests were comfortable and happy. He is the most kind and beautiful soul! The rooms were also impeccable and had absolutely everything we could need! We were also very happy to be a short walk away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Paros. All in all, we would highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone looking to visit Paros! You will surely have a great time!
