Ulasan Hyland Inn Near Pasadena Civic Center

性價挺高的一家酒店。房間很大，有自帶的微波爐加熱，比較安靜，前台服務態度不錯。周邊很安全，旁邊就有一家比較大的Vons超市，買東西非常方便。主要是離我開會的會議點Pasadena Center也比較近，Uber也就10分鐘的路程。總體來説非常滿意。

小旅館 勝在方便 周邊有超市和小餐館 還可以。至於服務 基本沒什麼了 但服務人員總算很好態度 很好笑容！

I have stayed at this property at least 15 times in the past four months, and my experience every single time has been excellent. The staff always placed me on the floor that I requested, the rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is great, the front desk employees are welcoming, respectful, kind, and accommodating and my experience has always been wonderful. In fact, I come to Pasadena every week or every other week for work, and I have always stayed at The Hyland Inn.

My main complaint was a lack of basic amenities. There were bath towels but no hand towels. There was one tiny bottle of shampoo. Our room came with a current roll of toilet paper, no extra roll, and no box of tissues. Other than that it was fine, but just surprising to pay over $200/night for that.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at this hotel. The front staff receptionist was polite and professional. The room was clean, aesthetic and well cared-for. The other guests at the hotel were quiet and respectful. All in all a first-rate experience.

The picture posted on ******* site was not the one that was booked for me. Hyland apparently has several properties and I was not booked by ******* for the one advertised on the website.

I’ve stayed here several times and always come back because it’s everything you need for a few nights stay.

Was greeted by friendly staff. The room was as shown as on the picture. All Furnitures are relatively new. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Not everything are updated. The bathroom is clean and had new panel wall. But, the faucet was not updated. The hair dryer was stuck on the ON position. You can only turn it off by pulling the plug. Overall, I will definitely return to this hotel.

It was a great experience. We loved the area around, safe and with a lot of food options. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice!
