一家典型oldmoney酒店，周邊都是漂亮的別墅，酒店內環境優雅，早餐是點餐的，味道尚可，有會説中文的工作人員，這次預訂的基礎房型比較陳舊，但維護的不錯，床墊堪稱完美，衞生間是在浴缸裏洗澡的那種，十分不喜，問過前台要升級到最後一圖的房型才是單獨的浴室。停車也是衹有valet，大概五十多一天好像。

Clean and new hotel in a great location to visit Pasadena. Walking distance to a large selection of restaurants and some shops. No thrills but has everything that you need for a hotel in a very relaxed a**osphere. Highly recommended for Pasadena.

I checked in late at the hotel due to the late arrival of my flight from Boston. I was told that they are completely out of rooms, even though my room was already paid for. Despite this mixup, the hotel eventually gave me a one-night free upgrade upgrade. I spent a total of six nights there. The facilities are good. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom needs a bit of improvement. The location is great.

地理位置不錯，比較安全，帕薩迪納本來就是LA比較安全的地帶，homeless people很少。逛街吃東西方便。算是比較舒適的。在攜程定性價比劃算的。值得一提的是攜程的海外管家服務，真是24小時，賓至如歸的感覺，有問必答，有問題必解決。不厭其煩，後面續訂攜程上滿房了，攜程管家幫我聯繫酒店，直接在前台續訂了。已經是很滿意的服務了，最後我發現和攜程比較差價太多，詢問了一下，海外管家竟然把差價退回我攜程賬戶。我真是差點流淚了。哎尤其是一個人漂在外麪，他們太溫暖了。 一百個贊海外管家的客服們，謝謝🙏

A naval ship type experience. Smallest hotel room I’ve been in since NYC. Reinforced staying on the right side of the law lest you end up in a place this small. The shower glass was a part of the actual room. We love historic hotels but I’ll pass on this one. The great downtown location you’d expect for a historic hotel, but not even a dresser in the room itself. No room! Nowhere to even put one piece of luggage in the closet! Only plastic cups in the room, no room to put a toothbrush on the bath vanity, no floor length mirror (we were attending an event), and the room lighting was poor. We are only here for two days, and we were claustrophobic the first hour. Even the hallway felt like being on a ship. Truly considered upgrading or changing hotels. Nice ambiance and charm downstairs. Parking situation was decent but expensive (as expected), $29 for self park. I think it might be a nice place for an event, but truly go get a hotel room built for modern size humans. Hotel staff gave little help with taxi service which I found baffling.

Our family had a leak in our home and were displaced for about a month. After staying in 4 other hotels prior to the Residence Inn, we decided to choose the Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena / Old Town for the remainder of our displacement. Overall our stay was great! The staff, especially the morning front desk team, was very friendly to us, and our family was able to become very familiar with them. Our daughter even made some of them friendship bracelets! The rooms were spacious, and for the most part, quiet, and we took advantage of some of the amenities like the gym and free complimentary breakfast. The only thing I would suggest improving upon would be the communication between the sales team and front desk, and front desk and housekeeping. There seemed to be some communication breakdowns between the departments. I'd also suggest that the sales team be more responsive to the guests when asked questions. I sent two emails and never received a response, and instead, had to also follow up with phone calls. That isn't the best business practice in a hospitality setting. Other than those small issues, the hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. It was a great place for an extended stay with children. The location is perfect as its a VERY short walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping in Old Town Pasadena. Also, it's only a short drive to the Rose Bowl. God forbid we are in that position again, but if we are, we will certainly stay at the Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena / Old Town! I booked my trip through another organization (not Trip Advisor). I had to leave early and the hotel and the online booking agent I used played the 'blame-game' with me. The hotel desk said they could not change the amount I was charged even though I was leaving a day early and checking out before my stay was completed. The booking agent said that it was the hotel's choice to change the amount. So, beware of staying at this place. They are more than happy to extort your money by the contracts they create with each other.

性價挺高的一家酒店。房間很大，有自帶的微波爐加熱，比較安靜，前台服務態度不錯。周邊很安全，旁邊就有一家比較大的Vons超市，買東西非常方便。主要是離我開會的會議點Pasadena Center也比較近，Uber也就10分鐘的路程。總體來說非常滿意。

1.位置可以 2.服務的話，有一個中國前台很nicest ，第二天換成一個local大媽很惡劣，下午2點房間沒有打掃，我要求打掃還被惡劣對待，告訴我衹能等待，不可能告訴保潔人員我的需求。 3.早餐一般般，有泡麵咖啡麵包和果汁，沒有水果和雞蛋。 4.可以免費停車。 相當於國內漢庭的水平吧，加州比較貴，將近1000元一晚了。
