Kami mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di The Heritage Manila. Dari segi lokasi adalah sempurna. Berhampiran SM MOA dan Gereja Baclaran. Biliknya luas, melebihi apa yang kami jangkakan 🙏🏻 Malah CR dan bilik air bersih dan luas. Walau bagaimanapun kelemahannya bersedia untuk tiada bidetttt 🤣 Bawa pantang larang sendiri 🤣 Tetapi pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Kakitangan sangat akomodatif. 😄 Bufet sarapan pagi juga hebat 🫰🏻 Nota tambahan: Bagi mereka yang mempunyai kenderaan, mereka menyediakan ruang di tempat letak kereta bawah tanah. (siapa cepat dia dapat).

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. The hotel is located at a convenient spot, there’s restaurants around and other facilities. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The room was okay, the only problem was the hotel slippers as they are not made of good quality. There’s transport available outside the hotel for convenient travelling. Overall it was a good place and the experience was pleasant.

It was a very nice experienced, the hotel is walking distance from NAIA Terminal 3 4th floor, passing Mary Grace restaurant, and you can also walk going back to NAIA 3 if you have a flight the next day. A place to stay if you have a connecting flight with long waiting time 😘 I Love It ❤️

We have to book another hotel since the first one we had is unresponsive and no attended from us. Thank you trip.com for assisting us. We made a booking for Holiday Inn. Location is accessible, safe and clean. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the amenities and free breakfast in the morning. Good thing they have a designated smoking area.

Stayed for 3 days in this hotel staff are really helpful and accommodating. Hotel is budget friendly as well as free access to the swimming pool.. I would definitely recommend this hotel with my friends..

Secara keseluruhannya bagus, kakitangannya baik, mereka menerangkan polisi dengan baik, kemudahannya juga bagus, tidak begitu luas tetapi cukup untuk penginapan seperti, jika anda melancong ke suatu tempat mereka berhampiran lapangan terbang. Boleh diakses ke pusat membeli-belah apa sahaja yang anda perlukan

It was good staycation. However, it is not good for privacy because room insulation was slightly bad. We've woke up in the middle of the night due to some alarm clock of neighbor's room. So far so good. Will stay again next time.

The address of the hotel was a little bit far from the airport ,but it is very accessible if you will travel around manila and mall of Asia. The hotel was very nice and clean, all functional automatic the curtain and the lighting. The room was very comfortable. The food was great and the buffet I will rate it 9 out of 10. The staff at the reception was very accommodating, some are not very friendly, maybe because they have too much guest and work. In general, my stay was great for around 5 days. Thank you for your service! Definitely will be back soon.

Nice hotel, big and clean rooms near to airport, there are places to eat just beside the hotel, only managed to stay for 1 night, everything is great!
