Location is really great, just walking distance from SM MoA. Staff is also very nice. My only two concerns are (1) there are small cockroaches and (2) very few electricity sockets where I can charge my gadgets. But other than that, place is great and affordable.

Great location for people looking to use the airport. Much cheaper than the nearby hotels but with all the professionalism and luxury you need in a room. I am usually wary of staying in apartels or condotels, but I will definitely use this apartment owner again.

Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. Would probably recommend this condotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay😊

KKirkStrategic place between Laguna and Manila . My only comment is the entrance has no ramp, you have to lift your luggage and take the stairs to the entrance. This place not wheelchair friendly environment . No one will assist you even after checking out .

PPengguna Tanpa NamaReception ladies are very helpful. Allowed me to keep my luggage as well. Very responsive to questions even when call from room. Housekeeping service very efficient. Requested for flat iron and it arrives in few minutes. They do provide 3in 1 soap. Refillable water machine at all floors, but 1 night i think they did not realised it was empty and im quite lazy to call the helpdesk. However they do jot provide disposable toothbrush etc.
Room was clean. Mine is without window. Abit hard to tell it was daytime or night. But since it was during carina typhoon rainfall season, so I do not bother to go out much. Quite small but it was near. The downside is only the sink is outside the toilet, so you may wet your floor abit when u wash face. Toilet ais clean, water pressure was good with hot shower.
I got double bed, but it was actually super singke bed that was combined together, but couldnt complaint.
Oh, and friday night you can hear people singing from downstairs. Not sure if it was karaoke or what. But the room was not soundproof, you can hear people walking or talking outside. For light sleepers maybe it was not convenient.
Was a nice stay overall. Would consider coming back here for the location and services!

LLouiely Joy G. Dela CruzI was hesitant at first if this is worth the risk but guess what? 100/10😍. The place is very clean, our room which is a deluxe is in good condition, the AC functions well also, the cold and hot shower is working. Accessibility to transport is good since it is near LRT station. You can find a lot of local food nearby the accommodation. Plus the receptionist both from the morning and afternoon shift were very friendly and accomodating. All in all I can highly recommend this place to stay here in Manila.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is very neat and clean and staff are very polite and very cooperative in nature. One thing is most like that they are serving food for 24 X 7 with minimum lapse of time. Food is also hygienic and affordable rate. Their room services are excellent and they are cleaning their room on daily basis with change of pillow cover and bed sheet too. The location is also very good and near by Manila International Airport say hardly 3.4 kms. to 3.7 kms. They are providing airport shuttle services that I don't know. But I have the best experience of the hotel. Victory Liner Bus Terminal is also in walkable distance so that you can visit nearby cities of Metro Manila. You can say it is in the center of Pasay city. Once again I like to stay there and I recommend to stay there for good experience forever. I wish them good luck.

Negative side: Wifi is not working so with the tv.
No slippers.
Breakfast is not included.
Foods are quite expensive.
Utensils especially the bowl for rice toppings have cracked.

Ppoppimds007You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. NNatzskieThe place was good. The staff are accommodating and welcoming. It was a good place to relax because the surroundings are quiet. The room was good enough for the price that you've paid for and the bathroom was clean.
