Hotel 101 may have lost its luster. The AC is not clean it was showing an FR error message and shuts down by itself, the wallpaper has peeling off and the towels are greying out. Wifi waa terrible. I was on a Zoom Call on the desk and Zoom was kicking me out of the meetings several times.
I booked Hotel 101 because of its location. It is near MOA, PICC and many more.
I think, if the hotel will make some improvements it will go far. It may be due for renovation.

If not for the commendable effort the staff have shown will have rated 2 stars and below. Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

Love the place. Tho the place is kinda hidden, and the view is ruined by the reclamation of the bay, yet it is still a great place to stay. The amenities are good. Although one of the main concerns are the elevator. It takes a long time before you can ride a lift. The queue will take long before you can go up or down. You’re lucky if you are just in the lower floors, in which you can use the fire exit to go down.

**Review of Phoenix Hotel Manila**
I recently stayed at Phoenix Hotel Manila and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in around 2:45 AM, and from the start, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide a warm welcome.
I had booked a room with a city view, but when I opened the curtains, I was shocked to find a view of the parking ramp instead. When I called the receptionist to inquire about this, her explanation—that the hotel was fully booked—was unacceptable, as my reservation clearly specified a city view.
Additionally, the room itself had an unpleasant odor and was poorly maintained. Essential items like paper towels were missing, and the paper provided on the table resembled scratch paper, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, I felt that my stay did not provide the value for money.I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

First time at Holiday Inn Express. Very close to NAIA. Few minutes walk from runway manila bridge. Slight struggle if you have a medium size luggage. Room is clean. All the basic things are available. Breakfast buffet is mediocre. Coffee is not rich. Some pastries went of of stock. Slow refill. Too many people on the day of check-in because of an event. Will definitely stay again soon.

KKarlNice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

Service was outstanding, the room was perfect for me, my wife, and daughter, we enjoyed the view as it was facing SM MOA Eye and San Miguel by the bay or strip, walking distance to malls (SM MOA and S Maison), Ikea, a nice church, and many more.
We highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

GGuest UserIt was a great experience. All staff were amazing. Especially the front desk and staff at the 11th floor. There are ongoing construction but they will informed you about it upon checkin so you will not surprised. It was raining when we checked-in so we didn’t have time to swim and it was super cold. But will definitely comeback soon.

GGuest UserMe and my wife stayed here for 6 nights. We came early before our check in time but they were kind to allow us to check-in early. The hotel staff are courteous, helpful, responsive and professional. What we appreciated also was whenever they see us coming they open the door for us. The room was good, well lighted, comfortable, with flat screen smart TV, clean bathroom with hot and cold shower, free towels and toiletries. Free water in the hall way. AAnonymous UserThe place is near everything. A Nice place to stay before your flight. The place needs some upgrade and cleaning to make it spick and span. The unit they assigned me to has very weak internet connection. It drops off easily. Then a notice of delimquent payment from PLDT appears. After that, connection drops.
The towels provided wont absorb wet particles on your body. It also has some feathers pulling away.
The view from the hallway is superb. You can see the parking bldg just beside the property.

Accessible, just a few minutes drive from the airport.
Welcoming staff.
Negative side: Wifi is not working so with the tv.
No slippers.
Breakfast is not included.
Foods are quite expensive.
Utensils especially the bowl for rice toppings have cracked.

Ppoppimds007You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. GGuest UserHotel is very neat and clean and staff are very polite and very cooperative in nature. One thing is most like that they are serving food for 24 X 7 with minimum lapse of time. Food is also hygienic and affordable rate. Their room services are excellent and they are cleaning their room on daily basis with change of pillow cover and bed sheet too. The location is also very good and near by Manila International Airport say hardly 3.4 kms. to 3.7 kms. They are providing airport shuttle services that I don't know. But I have the best experience of the hotel. Victory Liner Bus Terminal is also in walkable distance so that you can visit nearby cities of Metro Manila. You can say it is in the center of Pasay city. Once again I like to stay there and I recommend to stay there for good experience forever. I wish them good luck.

GGuest UserThe location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
