Nice location, convenient. Walking distance to SM hypermarket and restaurants. Good service, polite staff. Room a bit small but clean, new and modern design.

First of all, check in time was way too late. I feel that 3pm is just too late considering the limited check in counters in the hotel. For example, Christmas eve check in is expectedly jam packed and queues would be extra long. If the check in time would be moved from 3pm to 2pm, it would give the guests more time to relax and enjoy the place. 2nd of all, add the check in counters. We experienced long lines because we had to wait for the others to check out. Put your supervisors to work. I noticed some of them peeking from behind some of the check in staff. Ask them to assist some of the customers rather than just being a decoration at the back.. 3rd lay out. Put your check in counters against the glass panel overlooking the manila bay. It will make it longer. Put more check in staff to reduce holiday lines. Just 1 long table

The staff were very prompt and accommodating. I was able to check-in early with less hassle. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location walking distance to mall, shops, places to eat, and relax. Hotel looks very modern and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was well organized and super clean. Good amenities. Check in/out was smooth. Close to airport. Breakfast buffet was very good with many fresh selections and good view.

Good to be back . Staff are very accommodating, breakfast is excellent. For sure will be back again.

Near Mall of Asia and near the airport. The swimming pool is nice as well. We enjoyed using their gym.

When it was still being built, we were wondering if this new building in front of our office would be a condominium or a hotel. As it is, our stay was really enjoyable… and the bathtub… The location is great (despite the walk towards the mall). The room is great. Amenities are great. Overall, a very nice experience. My stay at Lanson Place Mall of Asia Hotel Manila was pleasant overall, with the location being a key highlight. Its proximity to Manila Bay and the Mall of Asia, the largest mall in Asia, adds great convenience. While the room was satisfactory, it did not fully meet my expectations given the price. Housekeeping services were generally good, but there was room for improvement as the floors were not thoroughly cleaned. I would like to commend Marvin Familiar at the front desk for his exceptional friendliness and helpfulness during my stay.

Highly recommended for business and family, clean, courteous and the breakfast buffet is value for your money…

We checked out on 27th around 9a.m. But when we arrived China, the deposit which we paid when we checked in, still not returned back to us even thought that lady told us it will returned by 20minutes later after checked out. Pls help to support me on this issue, thank you.

The gym centre inside the hotel is great and there are great choices of equipment. The infinity pool is very beautiful. The room is large and hygienic. The location is just next to the big SM mall.
