Good nice place I want to stay again all place near in hotel easy to book and the price it's ok I like the place

The unit covers ever basic needs and the owner is easy to speak with. A few issues I encountered with is the small cockroaches, which I think given that its a condo unit is quite expected; the other one is that I can’t have friends over, unless they are registered which is not mentioned but its okay. Overall, would still go back.

The check-in was a very smooth one for as long as you have the proper documents ready. The room is cozy and has a good view of the city especially at night. They have provided us with a welcome kit which includes a shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. They have also prepared towels and slippers for 2 people. For those who would like to use the pool, make sure to inform the FD right away as their admin is only open until 6PM to collect payment and assist you with the pool pass.The overall experience was good as it's only a 10-minute walk to MOA. Though there's no way to call the owner, s/he responds to email right away for assistance. The only concern I have are the small roaches in the room. Hopefully they would be able to eliminate those to avoid complaints from other guests in the future. Still, a very comfortable stay! Will definitely book again in the future.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay in GemstoneBR Shore Recidences. The Host of GemstonesBR were amazing especially Ms Riza and Mr Vicenni. We enjoyed our stay and the location is really convenient. There were restaurants adjacent to the property. We’ll definitely come back again!

Sobrang ganda ng location, very convenient, at ang ganda ng reception area mabango at malawak at maraming upuan. Marami pang convenient store sa baba . Very accessible din pag kukuha ka ng grab taxi.

주변에 쇼핑몰 몰아시아도 가깝고 1층 주변에 일식당, 중식당, 샤브샤브등 인프라가 좋습니다~ 1층에 편의점 및 마사지샵, 미용실등 편의시설이 많습니다~ 선택 가능하고 방도 크고 천고도 높아서 답답하지 않습니다~ 가격대비 가성비가 좋습니다 ~
