"Our first time to stay here at Belmont Manila and all i can say everything went smooth.We got 2 twin bed room and we request to merge the two bed to make it king size specially we have toddler. I recommend this hotel if you are having an early flight to NAIA T3 as the runway bridge connecting the Airport to newport city is litterally in front of Belmont hotel.The hotel itself is surrounded with restaurants that is walkable around 5mins and Mcdonalds is just next to Belmont."

"The room had an ample space for a queen bed and a sofa. The room was tidy and totally appreciate the freebies with the room. Location is perfect near to Terminal 3 and across is Newport mall for a quick dinner with family. Staff was very approachable and accomodating with late check ins and late check outs. Breakfast buffet had a few selection of pastries and Asian cuisine but plenty of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Downside is there was a musty odour on one side of the room near the window. Otherwise, very satisfied and totally recommend."

"Stayed for one night and had a wonderful birthday staycation. We booked a twin deluxe room and were happy to be upgraded to one bedroom suite. The hotel is modern with futuristic style. The room is spacious with living room and en suite bathroom with tub. The toilet seat are similar to Japan and Korean hotels with bidet and heated seat. The toiletries are complete and love the scent of the hand soap. The bed is comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice view of the Manila bay and the city. Quiet side of the hotel. There’s complimentary Nespresso coffee and Dilmah tea. The towels are clean and love the smell of clean and soft white towels. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices from local to international dishes. Come in early to avoid queing in line. We enjoyed the food and fresh juices. The infinity pool has a nice view of the Manila Bay area even with reclamation ongoing. Loved the breeze and relaxing vibe of the swimming pool. The gym has good equipment. They also have kid’s play area. The front desk staff were very accommodating and nice. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel if you need to be in Manila Bay area and near the airport or SMX convention area."

"This is our second time at Golden Phoenix. The first time left us impressed. It's not one of the expensive hotels in the area, but gives almost the same experience. Breakfast buffet is more than ample, and room service menu is not too expensive. Beds are nice and comfy. Air-conditioning was great! Brr! Some rooms and common areas look old, but they are clean and okay. Staff are nice, helpful and courteous. At our last stay, some requests were quite slow to be attended to but understandable as they were fully booked. During our first stay, and they weren't so packed, their service was very prompt. Overall, it's a great option for us when we need to be in the area."

"Hotel was located not far from airport and was a minutes walking from Metro Point Mall. Which was connected to both LRA n MRT trains. Staff's were friendly and helpful. There were no halal foods on restaurant menu, but restaurant staff are always ready to discuss and prepare halal food for us. I'm really thankfull for chef and restaurant staff's."

"I've seen small cockroaches in the kitchen, living room, and inside the drawer in my bedroom area. Although the location is excellent, being nearby MOA, and there are some restaurants on the ground floor, the service has been quite disappointing. Unlike typical hotel procedures where you check in/out at the main lobby and the staff handles the rest, here, I had to wait around 15-25 minutes to be assisted by a different set of staff, not from the main building, to get to my room. They didn't even properly explain the rules; I was simply told to call the given number if I had further questions. Additionally, there's no access to the gym and swimming pool has additional charge."
