Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area. Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good. There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean. The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb! The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard. Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. Thank you for giving such a wonderful and relaxing experience with my partner.

Had a great time with the hotel! We stayed together with my partner for almost a week! The food is nice and the place is well maintained. A well recommended hotel.

Small room but okay for one night. The walls are really thin so you can hear everything from outside.

Hotel staff are very accomodating. Good location. With rooftop swimming pool and bar. Very clean. We will surely book here again. Recommended for all the travelers.

Suite Room is spacious and clean but can be better. Deluxe Room is perfect for 3 ladies. Only concern is the pool. Got moss in pool tiles. Not enough lights in common areas.

It was a great experience. All staff were amazing. Especially the front desk and staff at the 11th floor. There are ongoing construction but they will informed you about it upon checkin so you will not surprised. It was raining when we checked-in so we didn’t have time to swim and it was super cold. But will definitely comeback soon.

We got the Suite bedroom. The actual room is clean. It is understandable that since there is construction going on, the pool and some parts of the lounge area were affected by it.

Good thing I booked from trip.com cause I don’t think spending 4k+ for the room without breakfast (Selah’s published rate)

Reception were helpful.but the guard on duty was very lazy he just keep looking at me carrying heavy luggage without any help not even says a greeting or bid farewell to their clients. Disappointed in Breakfast platter , there is no chance to choose a meal. Can’t swim , the place was under construction not a nice view. Not offering a bottled water instead you have to go in the hallway to refill a water jug. Toilet paper is sooo thin that makes the paper stayed in the skin. The weighting scale gave me so much disappointment I thought my luggage was overloaded that i need to purchase extra kilos. Only to found out that it was in pounds and not in kilos no one assisted me or informing that the scale is in pounds. I wasted 15k pesos for nothing I purchased additional 30kg total of 40kg and when I weighed it in the airport my luggage was only 18.2kg. Needs more service and attention for the clients. Choices for Breakfast and a helping security guard. They not allowing to park your car even thou there still a vacant area . They will insist to park near in Alfa mart and get paid. 🤨🤨😏😏

When we came, the roofdeck was under construction, so we were not able to maximize our stay. Also, bring swimming attire if you want to use the pool.

It was good staycation. However, it is not good for privacy because room insulation was slightly bad. We've woke up in the middle of the night due to some alarm clock of neighbor's room. So far so good. Will stay again next time.

Reception ladies are very helpful. Allowed me to keep my luggage as well. Very responsive to questions even when call from room. Housekeeping service very efficient. Requested for flat iron and it arrives in few minutes. They do provide 3in 1 soap. Refillable water machine at all floors, but 1 night i think they did not realised it was empty and im quite lazy to call the helpdesk. However they do jot provide disposable toothbrush etc. Room was clean. Mine is without window. Abit hard to tell it was daytime or night. But since it was during carina typhoon rainfall season, so I do not bother to go out much. Quite small but it was near. The downside is only the sink is outside the toilet, so you may wet your floor abit when u wash face. Toilet ais clean, water pressure was good with hot shower. I got double bed, but it was actually super singke bed that was combined together, but couldnt complaint. Oh, and friday night you can hear people singing from downstairs. Not sure if it was karaoke or what. But the room was not soundproof, you can hear people walking or talking outside. For light sleepers maybe it was not convenient. Was a nice stay overall. Would consider coming back here for the location and services!

It's convenient because it's not so far with the bus station and going to airport.
