I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. The Savoy Hotel Manila had an excellent location and was within walking distance from the local airport and around 10-15 mins taxi from the international airport. The pool on level 2 is under shelter but partly outdoors. Swamped with children and families, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet or travelling with adult friends, perhaps think of another hotel to book. Clean, tidy and basic facilities and rooms were fairly small. Worked for us as we only required a 1-night stay before transitioning with an early morning flight!

What we loved most about it is how convenient it is to pass through the overpass going to terminal 3 ninoy aquino airport. Thanks for making our stay a great one!

The experience is fine. The accommodation is good. I just don't expect that they are collecting a deposit of 3k upon checking in. (We paid the hotel upon booking). Base on my experience some hotels don't ask for a deposit, or if they do,it's only 1k. I just concerned what if the guest don't have that extra amount of money on hand. All in all we enjoy the rest of the night. They do upgrade our room without additional payment. From single queen bed to double queen bed. About the cockroach thing,in which i read from other previous reviews..it's legit tho. 😅 I saw a small cockroach on my pillow. Although our room was cleaned. Anyway, I like the breakfast..so much food to choose and it's all delicious. 👍 I would still recommended this hotel👌

We attended an event at World Trade Center, and the location of the hotel is just near the venue. There is also a 7Eleven just few steps away. The room was too small, compared to the photos, especially the toilet and bath, there was a heater but no hot water, perhaps the heater was broken. Cleanliness was quite a problem, the toilet rag outside the bathroom looked very dirty, the pillows had a bad smell, and the walls were damp (with water condensation). However, their customer service is very responsive to our requests (i.e. change room because our original room had an exposed sewage pipe at the ceiling and whenever the upper floor flushed the toilet you can hear the swishing sound of the pipes, made us anxious the pipe might leak!). For it's price, we could have gotten a cleaner and better Airbnb unit. So I guess we're not coming back. Note: photos were grabbed from google, actual sight of the room was kinda dim and gloomy

Good value for money hotel at Pasay, Manila Good Behaviour of staff, polite and cooperative, cleanliness of room and restroom, Room service was good. The reception desk always listened and helped. Exceptional location, near to airport, SM Mall of Asia. The neighborhood is a little dirty and there's always traffic. They are not open for online modify or upgrade room

This is our first stay here since 2018 and although renovations have been made in 2019, the hotel could be taken care of better. Pros location is five stars since it’s near the airport and right across the street from the ****** and mall. McDonald’s is just right downstairs and it’s open 24 hours. Cons: rooms are somewhat neglected as can be seen by furniture condition. One of our rooms also had subpar drainage in the shower. For some weird reason, I stayed at the Holiday Inn express in Bangkok and had similar issues. My overall state was short anyway, so it didn’t really matter too much, but there is certainly some things at the hotel can improve.

Tempah 5 bilik 1 bulan lebih awal, tetapi semasa daftar masuk hanya 3 yang tersedia... Dapat 1 bilik saya sekitar jam 2:40 petang dan yang lain 3:30 petang.. keluarga menunggu di lobi mengadu kepada saya, sedikit kecewa... Kakitangan yang bersih dan mesra.

Beautiful hotel,staff are very friendly.the rooms are very spacious an clean with good amenities,would stay there again no problems
