Hotel Reddoorz di Bandar Raya Pasay

The location is great. The staffs are accommodating. Clean room, especially the bathroom. Downside is no inhouse breakfast or restaurant that we can order anytime. However, there are drinks for sale at the lobby. You can also just order thru Grab/Foodpanda since there are just also fastfoods nearby.

My family of 6 stayed at the guest house for almost 3 weeks. From the time we got picked up at the airport to the time we have to return home, our experience have been phenomenal. The owners, Marites and George have been to gracious and accommodating to all my family’s needs. From everything we needed, they didn’t hesitate to make those needs met. At one point, they even made a special meal for me since I got sick the last week of our stay. A special menu that they don’t have listed was provided with a smile. They would often check me at my room to make sure that whatever I needed is provided. As for the staff at the guest house, they are a great group of hardworking women who made our stay memorable. The staff made sure that all our needs are met. often times would clean our rooms without being asked. They even asked me to clean my room while im inside. They always have a smile on their faces and very chatty with me during our stay. And I love to chat with them. To all the staff, Evelyn, Rose, Erika, Bernadette, Analynn, and whoever else I forgot. Thank you for your hard work and keeping the guest house clean. You are truly appreciated. -Leilani Gay

Actually, for the price paid the place is not that bad. But the slow check-in process and the indifference of the staff is the killer .... Very disappointing, very slow, unorganized and the staff do not even greet you or smile, no hospitality skills... It took them 35 min to give me a room key from the time of my arrival to the reception area... And it was around 430pm - was not trying to check in early. Internet is just enough to check emails or use the msngrs, don't even dream to do a video call, connection always dropping...

I contacted this hotel front-desk for double booking error with Agoda and issues with my room's puny little TV. No response on Agoda double booking error until I contacted the next front-desk associate, only to find out that Agoda resolution is still in progress! The No-Picture on TV resolution issue is still in progress. Apparently both Front-Desk Clerk were looking for the same Maintenance Person to fix my room TV. Both Ckerk left their shift without fixing my TV. No updates whatsoever until I went down to front-desk to find out there's no front-desk midnight shift, the Maintenance Man is DRUNK and pass-out while on duty. I may have paid dirt-cheap hotel like this one, but at least provide bare-ass customer service!! I have another RedDoorz property to stay within the following week. I will cancel that reservation NOW!

You would think that during a Covid Pandemic this Hotel would at Least clean their AC filter! This is The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 61 year's of exsistance. There contact number doesn't work. Because the Country added a 8 to the begging of the number But it still don't work even if you add an 8.I contacted your chat line on the 7th about it because I'm a disabled person and I needed a 1st floor. We'll once I arrived in the evening of June 8th. I requested a 1st floor room. To my surprise. Only a 3rd floor room was available. I was very tired having traveled all day. It was late and I was 5 kilometers from the airport. And Manila has a curfew. Well I decided for my safety I would stay because I have a 14 hour layover. I'm taking 4 airlines through 5 Airports on 48 hour's. Well at least the receptionist carried my luggage up to my room. Well. #1 The air con isn't cold. #2 The air con filter is Filthy. #3 The toilet don't flush. #4 The bed cover has a big stain. #5 The sheets have stains. #6 The shower is dirty #7 The toilet doesn't flush. I am not a rich person so I was in a bind and could book something else at the last minute especially with the totality of the situation at hand. I've attached photos of said hotel and I'm humbly requesting a Full Refund due conditions beyond my control. And I will be giving a bad review of same hotel and informing the Proper Authorities about this establishment ias well. Hopefully you fix this or I'll be forced to start using Trip Advisor again. Good and quiet place . You can relax and the room is spacious. The staff are friendly and approachable . Surely I will book again next time .

The room is very efficient for its price. It is already arconditioned, with Satellite TV and what I like most is your very own private bathroom. You would not find a deal as cheap as that that has a private bathroom. It's just that, there's no towel and bottled water as mentioned and the faucet on the sink isn't working well.

They are very accommodating. I requested an early check-in and it was smooth. It was clean and very affordable. I will recommend it to my friends. Although for the amenities, the shower needs improvement since the water is a bit slow and the heater doesn't work well.

Secara umum, tidak buruk untuk satu malam dan pada waktu pagi di lapangan terbang, kebersihan sangat baik, tidak ada selimut, tuala lebih seperti 2 selimut kecil, yang kami terpaksa menutup diri kami pada waktu malam, ia tenang pada waktu malam, penghawa dingin bunyi rendah, lipas datang dari celah antara lantai dan dinding, kakitangan sukar dicapai, tetapi mesra, lokasi di kawasan bukan pelancong, saya tidak mengesyorkan pergi berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang, di sana adalah 7/11 di dalam bangunan.
