Hotel berhampiran Seaside Dampa, Bandar Raya Pasay

Tempah 5 bilik 1 bulan lebih awal, tetapi semasa daftar masuk hanya 3 yang tersedia... Dapat 1 bilik saya sekitar jam 2:40 petang dan yang lain 3:30 petang.. keluarga menunggu di lobi mengadu kepada saya, sedikit kecewa... Kakitangan yang bersih dan mesra.

The hotel was nice. The ambience is 5 stars for us. The thing that bothered us was the noise and the location since it was totally along the highway. You are going to wait for 2:00 to check-in which means they are very strict with their time. Nevertheless, the price here in trip was cheaper than the other applications.

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

It's condo and a mall within. A very convenient place to stay, design was nice and complete. Self Check In with a personal password. Room size was small but they managed to maximize it. I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!

Very clean and good service. There is appliances like rice cooker, eletric stove, eletric kettle, washing machine and kitchen utensils so you are able to cook and wash at the sane time. Walking distance from the airport so very nice.

Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet. Thank you, Savoy Hotel.

I recently stayed at the Belmont Hotel Manila for a work trip and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's modern design and amenities made for a comfortable and convenient stay. This was my favorite hotel in the philippines. Until the last trip where we were blamed for smoking in the room. Which the staff clearly tells you you can do on the balcony. Upon check out, they seen a cigarette butt. In the trash can and then charged me.An additional ten thousand pesos. Asking for the policy on smoking, it states nowhere that the room cannot have cigarette butts and things of that nature within the waistcans. After questioning the staff regarding the fine the Staff constantly told me you could smoke on the balcony.But not in the room. But then continue to find me for smoking in the room, even though the smoke detector did not deploy. I think in front of them about the problem.And they left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half for a manager to contact me. The rooms also lack certain items that they claim. They have some have washers machines some don't. Beware of the bath and the shower they're super. Tall and super dangerous to climb in and out of i'm not sure who designed that, but they need to go back and look at the architecture. For some reason, the first time i've ever seen in my forty years of life, someone decided to put the bathroom lock on the bottom of the door i'm not sure what they decided to accomplish with this, but even when I tried to lock the door it was unlockable. The views are beautiful, however, and the pool downstairs is pretty nice. The spa though sucks, however, because you have to take 2 elevator rides to actually get to where you're going right running around the hotel in a bath robe... The room denies and the layout's good spokennoise but with the recent issues with a ten thousand peso fine For no fault Of our own and the staff leaving me hanging while running away and not confronting the issue.I will not be staying at oakwood again.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.
